  1. Jep great day yesterday - loads of pics already to sort out but other (family) things to do today Aiming to meet Darren at Horsham (Halfords car park) on his way through on Sunday - time to be confirmed - suggest around 6.30-7.00 am, going on Friday's experience.
  2. You can't get a MY07 with 9k on the clock though Don't forget your car was a MY06, not a MY07......... +1 - my thoughts too and price paid seems good if the repair has been done profesionally to a high standard. Just don't bank on making any money when it comes to sale time though and knowing it always difficult to shift cars with 'history'. I suggest you keep copies of the pics with the damage, while they are still available, just in case.......
  3. Are the other 3 tyres OK? If so and the wear is less than half of the tyre when new you should be alright with just one matching replacement tyre. If the wear is more than half then I would say 2 new front tyres. But as the rears are likely to be more worn, but not due for replacement, I would advise you again replace like for like. Unless that is you have in mind a different tyre choice in mind stick with what you know and have found fine. On mine I had tramlining issues which has been sorted by changing to Ultrac Sessantas which I am very pleaed with, but as most 370 owners seem happy with the Stones, stick with them
  4. Great stuff, thanks very much. Cheers for the warm welcomes everyone, I wasn't sure if coming onto a forum with the intent of just using the engine and running gear from the car would be received too well. Proper updates won't come for a while as the cars are at home, but I will post up as and when. Look forward to seeing your build that you can add in here viewforum.php?f=176
  5. That looks like a knife stab Have you checked the other tyres for similar? Not sure I would be comfortable driving with that - suggest you take it to a reputable tyre fitter for advice.
  6. Friday and Sunday for me If the weather is crap may not likely to be in the ZED for fear of getting stuck in some muddy car park and what could happen trying the extract the ZED
  7. A 2003 313GT - I don't think so
  8. Me either! Not even if you place your cursor cover the attachment so it becomes a magnifying glass and then left click to open the pic? I gather it stems from the server transfer that has not 'lifted' all the thumbnails correctly - one of the gremlins Admin are hoping to sort
  9. did his sniff of that ginger mean it was humped
  10. I think the list of what you haven't changed would be a lot, lot shorter
  11. Like your new girlfriend and see you were sporting the right T-shirt
  12. Needs spacers and lowering pic 5 otherwise
  13. Far too light a penalty - that's no more than a slap over the wrist - he was off track, Lewis was clearly in front and was barged into putting him out of the race and that cannot be right
  14. Hmmmmmm..... wonder how many grid places Pastor will go back in the next race........if not a race ban altogether. His impatience is reminding me of Lewis last year...... Good stuff at the end though - well done Fernando and a bit sad for Seb.
  15. You're a long way from home for your DIY bits
  16. Print off the page(s), blindfold and pin - job done
  17. From my last drive of that Pass I know exactly how you feel
  18. I'm on o2 (have been for years) and just got an S3 as an upgrade - free pebble blue phone, 24 month business contract unlimited calls/texts/data for £30 per month +VAT. It is the UK based customer services I value and they are very patient with me........... Oh, and ask for a (free micro-sim adaptor) if like me you wish to use an older phone when going abroad.
  19. Yes but then only matched after doing all 4.... Its the only way IMHO - as Nissan won't release the wheel paint codes its down to the individual wheel refurbers doing their best - some of which, as we are seeing are less than satisfactory. So I would bite the bullet and go for all 4 (or insist the dealer pays for all 4) but make sure the final finish is as close to OEM spec as possible. A pot of touch paint will then help deal with any subsequent stone chips/minor clips
  20. Might be worth having a closer look at this refurb as they look good in the pics and might be able to do a good match for yours in silver viewtopic.php?f=70&t=62422&hilit=wheel
  21. Seen 'it' around the Epsom area occasionally - first spot - if you recognize the plate viewtopic.php?f=18&t=39630&hilit=370+roadster Probably the same one - middle-aged guy driving it?
