  5. Stunning - looking at the pics was mouth-watering - dream car come true for you
  6. When I bought my 370 I lived in walking distance of a Nissan dealer but they gave me no confidence they would know what to do a with a 370 so I chose a HPC centre that had come recommended by members on here - round trip of some 80 miles but all through the 3 year period while the 370 was under warranty that was a small price to pay to have quality service and indeed a gearbox change just before warranty expiry. Now my travel circumstances don't sound as extreme as the OP's, but with what is a specialist car it was important to me that it was serviced and checked by people who could be trusted and if it had meant going out of my way more I would have done. And I continue to do that albeit using independent specialists, with my last service and wheel refurb work involving a 120 mile round trips. One of the main reasons I first joined this forum after I bought my first ZED was to make sure I could be fairly certain anyone doing work on my car knew what they were doing and did not mess me around. And suffice to say following the advice on here has served me well in the 9+ years I have enjoyed ZED ownership.
  7. Happy birthdays guys and look forward to sharing the odd dram or two with you Will in Wales , if I can keep up that is now you have the uprev and all that track experience
  8. Spammer. Although posting is disabled it seems he is still able to 'spam' with "Like this" - something I have not heard of before so I'll get Admin to delete his IP edit: He is now history
  9. You have the shed. You have the tools. You have the skills. You have the labour force.......and buster. Simples: Buy a damaged 370 for little money, an R35 engine (and other necessary bits from a write-off) make good and put 'em to together, maybe with a wee bit of tuning, paint .....and then watch the other GTR's disappear in your rear view mirror
  10. Even better now with an absolutely supurb set of Nismo wheels
  11. Here's some pics that Stan forgot http://www.autovilla...fc_2290_1509425
  12. Not sure if the same applies with 370's noting some of the posts ^^^^ relate to 350's. Can't think of anyone for the moment who has done this (on here) on a 370.
  13. You can add a spacesaver, jack and handle if you wish - see here: http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/33079-can-you-use-a-350-spacesaver-wheel-on-a-370/
  14. Great write up Will - as you say it certainly pulls so much better up to the red line and you should also that if anything the mpg will be better, but of course that is dependent upon how often you visit the red line!
  15. Sorry to hear about the roadster but congrats on the new purchase - looks very nice
  16. It says I'm not authorised to view it.. I have changed the pdf link ^^^^ - let me know if that works for you now?
