  1. have they sorted out the insurance for you as well? personally i think this a partnership thats due to come to an end, they have shafted you royally. in time, effort, quality of vehicle, poor quality of workmanship, missing parts of the deal etc. they deserve all the bad publicity they get. i certainly won't ever buy their magazine, and i'm sure others are the same.
  2. ah the old disappearing; reappearing; disappearing trick am sure they're on to it

  6. nice try, but it just doesn't work
  7. is it called something like colour and magic? again as andy said, they come well recommended, if fiddy uses them then they must be good as he's extremely picky and verging on OCD when it comes to the fine detail.

    tanabe exhaust

thats not a bad price, most exhausts form the rising sun or yankland are generally around that price. my invidia new is about £1000 shipped like the tannabe i would say its medium priced.
  9. or buy a pre modded one. its difficult scenario, but Lee is very good and will help sort you out.
  10. as has been discussed before you pay for the name, alot of the time they are quality as well, but not always. its down to the buyer to make an educated decision on what they want, and what they are willing to pay for.
  11. can't be good as its filtered in my work
  12. i meant title but wrote posts only averaged 15 hours sleep over the last 3 days
  13. who complained ?? i Did i spoke to stew about it if you read the report post it was done tongue in cheek. it wasn't what you wrote, it was the fact that someone went in and altered posts for there own amusement. and we can't do that. the comment was meant to come across as i want to alter others posts as well. nothing to do with content.

    tanabe exhaust

was a nice sounding exhaust. one of the big things we noticed over all the clips we watched was that generally as soon as you added testpipes/decats you got a lot of rasp. for me its not a sound i like but for others they like it. but definitely something to watch.
  15. is that an oriental optometrists convention?
  16. To a point BM your right alot of the instructions are common sense, and you would expect most people to be able to do it. but what is also included are some useful tips like; suitable products for prepping the surface i use lighter fluid as its better than the usual meths or white spirit. it gets in better removes more crap and evaporates quicker with less residue left behind. yes any old pleb can stick a decal on but not everyone can get it lined up or straight; (any one can drive a car doesn't mean they all drive like jenson button) tips like using masking tape as base line. or only tacking the centre to allow a twist motion aren't always something that comes to mind for people that haven't fitted much before. nor is everyone aware that using heat improves glue adhesion, or that you shouldn't really use any glue externally in temperatures lower than about 10 degrees, (same with paint) yes the basics of it is common sense but the idea was to lend some tips. i put it up so that when someone gets some vinyl from me, instead of having to re write every time the best way to apply it, i can just copy and paste the link to the thread. i can strip down and refit a gearbox, to me that's a piece of cake, but it doesn't mean i look down at everyone else who isn't as capable, and think them silly because they can't. i don't take this personally, hence why i suggested splitting the thread and allowing to discuss it. this is an open forum after all.
  17. you spin me right round baby; right round; like rocket baby; round round i've been mentally scared by that as well :yuk:
