  2. Out of interest, how much was your check? My place can only do 2 wheel, but I'm friendly with a guy at my local ETS, and he said with his staff discount I'd be looking at £75 for the alignment. But I have nothing to compare that to, and google is impersonal, I prefer to ask you guys.

  4. Very true, its not difficult. I imagine you're precious about the wheel either, unlike my customers lol
  5. Yeah I imagine they'd want to rent space or something. Did they balance them too or was it just tyre off tyre on? The problem is I'm not officially qualified. My techs at work have taught me and I've been fitting them for 2 yrs, but no paper.
  6. There a few around here, but they are pretty rare. They were well equipped for the time including things like a basic active aero and 4 wheel steer. Not so hot on the twisties though I don't think.
  7. Bloody hell I'm going to set up a mobile fitting service and just attend drift events lol. If people are providing their own tyres there are zero parts costs. £10 a wheel I'd be well away.

    New Car!!

I admit they're not as discreet as the early type r's
  9. Welcome and congratulations on your purchase.
  10. ETS in Derby I've heard can do it. Not sure about quality etc though.

    New Car!!

How do they compare to the earlier high revving vtech type r's?
  12. Click on the drop down box at the top of the screen where your name and image are, go to account settings, and you can update your signature there. You could start a new thread in other cars section and add images to that? What car is it? I always like looking at cars
  13. It also appears to follow the same pipe route.
  14. So a little while ago a friend of ours was complaining on social media how much she hates one of her dogs in particular, she was always barking, having her ears pulled by the other 2 dogs and served miserable... the dog not our friend. Tilly was not happy. I jokingly said to my wife we should have her. We laughed, can you imagine etc etc. 2 months later Tilly is still being bullied. We broached a 2 week trial, and our friendship wad the important bit. We also have a dog that hates other dogs, wants to be left alone by dogs but loved people. Fortunately Tilly and Jake get along...well ignore each other beautifully. 5 months later she seems pretty settled. She's still fat though.
  15. Me too but my wife doesn't get it lol. You should sign up for japfest in May if you can, we won stand of the year last year and have 30 names down for this year.
  16. Awesome work, and yeah i love the black roofliner too. Yeah zeditus has no known cure, and just when you think 'yeah awesome', you find something else to do. How far into Lincoln are you? There are a couple of Notts people I met up with last year and organised a meet just outside derby some of the West Midlands people joined us on.
  17. No way, not over reacting at all. As a coping with loss pamphlet it is totally inappropriate. Sponsoring it is one thing but I don't think the logo should be there at all. Fine print on the back maybe. A big logo should be used on educational pamphlets at community centres etc. I think you did the right thing driving the road, even if it didn't answer any questions for you.
  18. Me too. Started working this afternoon when I was at work though.
  19. Mine skipped for the 1st half hour of being on, by which point I was at work already.
  20. Very nice looks lovely mate. Looks very looked after. Are you having head unit dramas with reading cd's?
  21. Has anyone considered one of these...https://www.carid.com/car-capsule/?filter=1&ptype-groups[]=Car+Covers Its an inflatable bubble for your car.
  22. Yeah I had it all worked out, then realised I didn't know if the odd one heavier or lighter, and that threw it out the window. I was going to halve them, keep the heavier side. then 3 on a side, keep the heavier side. Then 1 on each side. If it balanced, the one not on the scale is the odd one. But if the odd one was lighter than the other 11, I'd still have 6 to sort and no scale to use...going to read the rest of the thread for the solution now
  23. Mitsi GTO, but they were called 3000gt's in Japan and the US. If memory serves, they were twin turbo v6's with 4wd and 4w steer
  24. Can someone explain what a suspended sentence means please, as I've heard about them loads from the news...but erm don't actually know what one is.
