  1. detailed review eh. They do a NIsmo Leaf, Juke etc. I dont think its necessary power. More styling. Like AMG styling.
  2. I know its a different car but my 370z nismo did this with just short tails (no backbox) and everything else stock. And it was 2 -3 quick pops on downshift thats it....
  3. £36,000 for 120 mph. Simple jail sentence for 2 weeks should be enough....lol....
  4. not many but the average person might not know. But if youve been to the nissan showroom especially a high performance center of which many go to they know. Even if you had Z badges. The style of logo gives it away as a Nissan. A lot of people dont but some people know what it is...youd be suprised..debadging helps but some people already know its a nissan...i had one for a year Because it looks like its predecessor that might give it away also.....Ive had people ask me is that a GTR...so they must have figured out its a nissan without inspecting the badges.. ive seen 3 or 4, youre right.....
  5. Nice G37....More practical than the 370 and very rare. How thirsty is it?
  6. badges = tailgaiters trying to see what it is. Looks cleaner. Makes no difference most nissan car owners know what it is anyway lol theyve prolly seen it sitting in the showroom...Nismo badge is a must though
  7. No not legal neither was mine at 35%. I just wound down whenever around Police LOL
  8. LOL i couldnt sell the 350, its all dictated by demand. And only a handful of people seem to want to buy either vehicle. Then you got people who like the 350 or own the 350 that wouldnt buy a 370....I couldnt give my nismo away. Ended up selling to we buy any car. The market for these are very very slim. Probably only a 100 - 200 or so Nismo 15 onwards in the country I like the refined 370 and it has that road presence. But you cant beat old school of the 350Z. It is what it is. 370 will probably never come close to 350 prices due to the differences and age....but you never know..buyers market . I think when its 30 plus years and there are like 5 for sale of which 2 are in great condition, then maybe....by then you got an impending petrol car ban..where you would have to be mad max to drive at night to not get caught in one lol... All GTRs yes. 350s way too many and as mentioned the heritage isnt as glitzy as the GTR or Celica GT Four or NSX... Old NSX i remember when they were £30,000 lol. Now some people have them up at £70,000
  9. Then get short tails? Short tails are perfect for the car, but you do lose backpressure which helps with torque. Did you buy the short tails already?
  10. You lose backpressure and power .....do you have the tails already?
  11. Guessing you have to synchro rev match yourself on the older manual ones?
  12. figured out why you asked lol, 6:44 Good luck Nissan. Youre gona need it.
  13. I purchased my Nismo from Birmingham who sold a £95k+ one to David Luiz and Ryan Giggs apparently lol. They probably got ripped off on non existent "extras". But youre right. Its from £82,000 until you start adding paint etc Whats wet weight?
  14. LOL I dont see any figures. you mentioned 100k, i said 100k in one of my replies....You just love arguing. Have a good day mate!
  15. 1,525kg according to Top Gear lighter than my previous Nismo
  16. The 100k mentioned above was in reference to possible base R36 costs. £82k sounds like base price R35 PURE without premium extras. Your reply was a mish mash of different reponses lol. Ekona never mentioned price that was me referring to possible R36 costs! The 10 year period was mentioned by me as well in reference to previous models theyve released as well as the Z. No guarantees on anything obviously.
  17. R36 wont be £82000...I can gaurantee that. speculation or not...
  18. the nissan mechanic claimed it was put there for weight balance at the rear of the car lol
  19. I cant see it being less than £100,000+ and the Nismo version £170,000.....I think its in line with where Nissan are trying to get to in the market and so called inflation. They got a bit of hype coming off the back of the R35. The R36 will be around for 10 years after release. With all these amazing finance deals and packages im sure people who bought a fully specced My17 will be able to stretch to the new one lol. Those Porsches well, what can I say, they are a different class altogether and offer as close to the best driving experience you can get. Lightweight, powerful and even with the rear wheel drive versions perfect handling. But they keep iterating the weight factor as very important. Then you wonder what could have been if it was lighter
  20. It is to be fair for its size. Its couple of pounds lighter than the 350Z though which was 1570.. But ive never felt im going to lose control when I had mine. But i felt the weight hindering it a little bit. LOL this weight thing eh. The GT2RS is at 6:47. Ever since I saw that record Ive been thinking Nissan got their work cut out. The porsche is weighing 1400 KG roughly. Reducing weight is a quick fix, but there are other ways around it im sure. 4 wheel steering system, regenerative braking, more downforce, electric motor, carbon fibre and more carbon fibre
  21. Still trying to find that video, where the chief engineer mentions weight in regards to going Hybrid...if its going to end up 1850 KG etc with Hybrid tech then they might as well trial it and see how it does. Im no engineer but I have a feeling the weight is making it more stable. But affecting understeer. Which they probably wish to counter with 4 wheel steering system like the NSX?! Interesting! 1550 like the 370Z Nismo....Lol I cant see that ever happening We need to look imposing, maintain stability at high speeds and keep the box tradition.
