  1. Going to check this right now with my brother. Its based in Bedford. For sale at SM Specialist cars. Silver 73,000 miles
  2. That will never happen here. Even stonecold serial killers are afforded a certain level of comfort. That sounds like third world jail. Thats why people are happy to reoffend if it gets them off the streets, 3 meals a day, free gym, a bed and increased criminal and law knowledge is a plus. You also make links in jail sometimes of the religious kind.
  3. yep. I was there during the 90s. Military rule. So military police were common. It wasnt unusual to see tanks in the streets and police checkpoints. Abuja was better placed as Lagos was beginning to become overcongested and population was at the brim. Infrastructure not very good. Power management not the best. I actually know what tear gas feels like. Aside from the negatives like crime , corruption etc it was okay. Just have to be wise. Although in my opinion I think the north is an entirely different issue. They probably feel they arent reaping the benefits like the south. Its a muslim majority and im not sure the government have control of it. You have influences from the arab world funding boko haram. Some say Al-Qaida, al shabaab and many others are involved to disrupt the country. Nigeria is just like many other countries. I wouldn't go to certain areas in this country either. In London too. Problem with Nigeria is a lot gets promised at election time and hardly ever gets delivered. They have these "forever" projects where the money just gets eaten up. Eko Atlantic is a good example. They promised a monorail going from the islands to the mainland still not done. Infrastructure is a big thing that needs improvement. You dont need the chinese taking over the country. These things can be done internally. I can understand railway projects needing to be outsourced. What annoys me is government ministers like "dino melaye" driving around in his Ferrari with police escort to his mansion yet people still live on £1 a week. Which position is paying Ferrari/Mansion money. Some are paid higher than Theresa May yet do a fifth of the work while stealing more money...... Nigeria has potential that im afraid to say will never be met due to the need to be greedy, showoff and corrupt. A damn shame when you look at how far Singapore, UAE and Malaysia have come in comparison. Many Nigerians living in those countries. UAE get an idea, put it to fruition and complete. Nigeria, plan, talk, plan, decide on budget, meeting, money goes missing, replan money doesnt come, back to square one, when it finally gets going its beyond budget and gets put on hold indefinitely. Then you got a guy like Mr Innoson Motors, trying to spread public transport and make buses, trucks and cars people can use locally and support the economy getting arrested ........."enemies of progress"
  4. May have been a teacher at the mosque, watching material on the net. Victims of the wars of recent years etc...Self radicalisation is realistic. You also need hard evidence to prosecute these hate preachers inside the mosques or places where they teach.
  5. It is, if she was born in the UK. You cant tell a country that she hasnt lived in to take her. If Im the government minister. Id tell you to take a jog in the other direction. Why should the UK take her? She IS a british citizen. Yes You can play on the fact she can claim dual nationality. Problem is Bangladesh dont want her. So what next??
  6. I lived there from 1985 to 1996. In Lagos. Apart from the odd riot, police tanks and military police, protests against the corrupt military leaders, civil unrest now and again. It was fine. My aunt lives in Abuja and the worst that happens there is people stealing drain covers to make money. During election times its best to not travel till the dust has settled. I remember as a kid I used to laugh at news reports from CNN and the way they pronounced locals names. Would I live there, Yes with a lot of money obviously and improved street smarts. Its a playground for the rich. Just stay away from the North. Who to be honest are very different people to the south. Religion and Language play a part in the divide. Lagos is just as international as any other city
  7. Almost a condescending insult to assume Bangladesh would take her in. Which in reality they wouldnt. Thats like saying shes not good enough to come into UK but Bangladesh can take her. We are more valuable and see ourselves higher than the bengali people. Funny enough their government has said in no uncertain terms she cannot go there. Also even if she was to apply for citizenship she'll probably be denied under the grounds of terrorism You can either allow her back in Britain under arrestand sentenced to prison Offer her deal in exchange for information, but she has to help rehabilitate others under close supervision on a 40 hour contract for the rest of her work life or something similar. Enforce it or send her to prison if she doesn't comply Leave her in Syria to deal with the consequences. Which legally UK has to answer to a governing body on why she isnt allowed back in and left stateless. On the flip side to fully understand this you need to go to the roots of how it all starts. What the causes are. Is it to do with what she watches on the news, sees on the internet, listening to radical teachers at the mosque. The mass destruction of muslim countries in the wars past? On a larger political scale what are the government doing regarding foreign policy. When people are calling into LBC, CNN etc and echoing the same "mind our business" message everytime their are talks of new wars. UK should be promoting a no more wars and meddling in foreign affairs message. A more inclusive culture for those already here. Inner cities should all be running anti radicalisation programs from primary school teaching positive british values. Not the pushing of agendas and left wing trickery. That might reduce radicalisation in the long run. It can still happen as UK historically has been directly involved in the destruction of Syria. Lebanon, Afghanistan and Iraq. A lot of that based on false intelligence and fake news. Speaking of remorse, I doubt she'll ever be remorseful after seeing harrowing pictures from the previous wars in the last 19 years....So everyone can keep waiting on an apology.....
  8. saw that one, was on there for a month or so. Good catch, exhaust is £3,000+ alone. There are nismos that been on there for 4 months.... Enjoy, I still got my tails which is as loud as I need. probably get a 67/18 with less than 5k miles lol The rear wing was well done, good touches
  9. You should do some driving videos on the passes, scenery is impressive. Obviously be careful
  10. lool crooks, Nissan didnt do this. Thats surely illegal. Depreciation on my Z was all of £200 pound albeit paying 18% interest. Despite the interest I didnt feel the car is a £40,000 pound car. So I went used. Total would have been £33,000 on a near new car. Still 7k less than £40,305 pounds for a new one. But still the fact is you're still paying 7k in interest!
  11. If you lose the wing and side panels and maybe put wider arches instead I think itll be okay. Maybe lose the roof scoop. Slightly for todays market.
  12. It can pass for a Japanese car. Slightly overstyled but still looks decent. I dont think theyll keep the side panels that doesnt look pedestrian safe
  13. lol looks better than a supra different category but still
  14. https://www.topgear.com/car-news/hot-hatch/watch-out-civic-type-r-new-mini-gp-get-300bhp 3000 Track Tested JCW to be released rated at 300bhp using a 4 cylinder engine. They are aiming for a faster time than 8:23 on Nordschleife. They have some work to do as the type R does 7:43. Not bad at all.
  15. Went from 350z. Had a civic beforehand. Thought about it for all of 4 weeks then bought one. Same goes with the 370. Went to see it at the show room then 2 months later got one. 370z was much smoother for me. 350 had a better seating position
  16. I watched the Top Gear Review where it caught fire. Its the same engine as the megane and detuned. Im sure its a good car. But 50k is steep for what it is. Steep for me anyway. Overall steep for a 4 pot 1.8. When the initial hype dies down. We'll see if there's any depreciation. Some say it will hold its value at 50k. I started to find Chris Harris annoying lately. His 992 911 review was as boring as he sounded. Hes full of cliches and a badge snob. Kept reminding us it was a Renault or at least theirs no Renault badge in sight or the makers say its not a Renault. Its used parts from Renault good to know and so on and so forth It seems a good car regardless of badge
  17. Unsightly.....man o mannn...reminds me of high school when the Design Tech teacher used to ask do you think this design is aesthetically pleasing. The answer is Hell No!! Lessons to be learned from this one I think. Z4 looks better. This is overstyled and busy.
  18. Yeah the APR makes it almost as expensive as buying brand new. With that APR a used TTS at £26k would be 34k by the time you finished due to interest. Then you look at BMW 24% combined on some used M2s lol. That takes it to 43k on some cars costing 32k. Right now the TTS are holding value well. But like the TTS and TTRS gone before (MkII) they will eventually depreciate into the teens Better off putting a bigger chunk and paying HP for 2 - 3 years. IE £15k then get rid after 3 years when it really starts dropping due to new mk4 shape I used to laugh at PCP/HP too. Then I thought who cares only live once. Get what you want! I did see one 1st week I bought the Nismo. He was stuck staring at me while doing 20 mph. But I had tints so he couldnt see me and sped off.
  19. the large ducktail spoiler and single vent front wing look good. That along with nismo rear diffuser/back bumper would be my ideal. See 370 isnt dead yet! Large Ducktail by them as well?
  20. what about the Alfa 4C? slightly out of budget though.
  21. The Z will be a lot more rewarding to mod im sure
