  1. Thought Id contribute one post. I admit I dont know if this is relevant but if you arent a fan of Corbyn then check this. Even though hes got a history of flip flopping apparently on the issue of brexit. Interesting speech. Video I stumbled across.
  2. or aam resonated short tails for meatier more refined sound. Once settled post few hundred miles its not too loud. Neighbours won't necessarily hate you but theyd still peak through the curtains.
  3. they simply using the standard 335 bmw 3 liter. Also the engineer reckoned a 2jz swap would be better done on the 4 pot version unless like shmee youre one of the lucky GR owners. https://www.motorauthority.com/news/1117750_new-toyota-supra-will-offer-4-cylinder-engine-2jz-swap-capability
  4. The fun starts at 1:37. The rest of the lap post GTR for the Lotus fans. The car has performance brakes hence the loud squeaks. 1.1 million views Solid car on the track the Lotus.
  5. Id go with Z4 but feel the supra would be better on the track. Are there two trims? GR which is limited and standard both with 382 bhp? I read on top gear in Japan they will have a 200 bhp and 258bhp version of Supra
  6. at 4.1 seconds or 3.9 (claimed) by bmw are you sure? Z4 im sure can be modded suspension wise to use on the track
  7. £75k though judging by the current 500 and 350 hybrid models. Isnt the curb weight 1800kg?
  8. BMW M to me has usually meant in-between. A useable everyday car but something you can take to the track do a few laps and go home. Supra would probably be more hardcore and suited to the track. I think the setup especially on the GR will be harder. If they put electric seats in the GR it would defeat the purpose The Z4 looks neater cleaner more grown up. The Supra for the younger guy who doesnt care too much about appearances. Not many of those around The Z4 does look nice and clean. Anyone looking into it?
  9. Social Influencer. There are kids with more subscribers than him though. But they are known in these "circles". Saw the video too. 382 hp GR in Matte Grey 0-60 in 4.1 seconds!
  10. Isnt the full reveal today? Pretty much what final one will look like. 11 hours time. Near midnight. toyotagazooracing.com if youre still awake! Highest spec 382 hp 6 cylinder. $55,000 dollars roughly. I guess they will reveal the true price tonight.
  11. yep, or maybe they thought it too extreme looking for a road car.
  12. thats a shadow of the ft-1. Then again if they kept it as the ft-1 therell be ppl saying its got supercar looks but no power to match.
  13. If it came like that it would have been. Imagine that at 50k.....But they got scared. Best saving the money and get 235! or 135i and tune to 390bhp. No need to spunk money unless its the rumored go faster 390 version
  14. my brother was dissapointed too. Best hang on for the future. Right now in 2019 people are still afraid to release anything close to groundbreaking. While its different and good see some new cars. The scaling down is a bit safe. To get remotely close to the FT-1 youll need new front wings, new front bumper, new hood, new rear wings and a retractable spoiler all designed by an indy company. By then you might as well grab the ball and go home. Vaydor G35 anyone? Better yet save your money. Or get a Z4.
  15. that transformation is kind of depressing. No more ft-1 pics please. That bonnet is supra esque. Long.
  16. you want air to get to those brakes or they might overheat like the TTS/TTRS. Flaking calipers lol. Weight saving too
  17. What happened to the brexit thread? You should reopen it
  18. dont bother, we know what the result will be. They sold 1723 so far in 12 months and new dealers are opening up in Australia and Japan. cant that bad looking even Americans want it in US but it aint happening cuz Renault. Im not a huge fan of Renault, but its good too see them go against the grain. Market says dont build a mid range sports car as it wont sell great Hey each to their own lol I think its a nice car. The front is somewhat different from any modern car and goes back to the original car. 4C looks nice too. The interior blows away the 4C. Very nicely done. Just the screen maybe should be integrated with the dash
