The concentration and focus you need for that is just as impressive as the sheer speed, one wrong steering wheel input or lapse in concentration and your a gonner.
saying that, he didn't take the carousel and he missed two apex so I fancy I could have him in the zed.
Welcome along
for track use, as prev said, a set of 18” rims with semi-slicks, hi quality pads and treat it to a new oil/clutch/brake/gear/diff oils change with top quality high temp stuff and you will be at a good base.
Wont need doing again once upgraded. Mines on 75k ish on paper gaskets and still healthy pressure. I pray to the gasket gods each night in the hope that mine are made from the 90gsm paper and not the 70gsm we use in the photocopier at work
They fit my body perfectly and everyone who has sat in them (who fit) are always suprised how much they hug you. Not to mention the weight saving over stock they give you.
I cant be 100% but they should do. I have them with my bucket seats (buddy club seats) and there is a degree of adjustability with them for both seat width and bolt holes on seats. They should fit most seats.
I sell Carchem spray wax. Can be used wet or dry and sounds like the products you used to buy. Only £5.99 at present.
I also sell the Gtechniq C5 ceramic wheel coating and have used this like many others with grest results. Also just taken in the carchem wheel armour if you want an easier and quicker product.
Check them out on the website, cheers
Thanks @ATTAK Z
Brad at Bram did explain to me about the minutes so -1.30 is in fact -1.5deg as a decimal (30 being half of 60 minutes)
Its still all just numbers until you feel the car on track, what I will say is it much less tail happy than before and more prone to understeer.
This is great for me at present as I can keep pushing the car and tyres to the edge of traction and when it starts to slide just let off where as before the front really gripped with the back end all over the place wanting to swap ends. It prob wont be the fastest setup and I will probably change it again in the future but that's the good thing about having adjustable parts now and really feeling what the car does, I can get to understand what each change may do and test it out.
