haha snap well yours is a bit different to mine lol but least i'm not the only person on here who has owned a supra, but i still now after owning one prefer the zed
-
I had a supra for 2 years and sold it this year it never cost me a penny, it passed all it's mot's with no advisories if you get a good one which is very rare as it took me over 2 years to actually find a good one and buy the right one which is pictured above, which paid off as it never cost me anything, but the only thing is i would say do what i did and get an original one that hasnt been ragged to heaven else you will keep then spending money on it to get it right, but one like mine will keep going on forever with no issues well if you look after it

I had a supra for 2 years i sold it this year in January and bought a 350z and i must say after going from a twin turbo supra at 450 bhp to a 350z i'm vvvveeerrrryyyy impressed with the zed and i don't miss my supra at all which shocked me as i wanted one for 13 years! lol So when i sold it and was looking for a 350 i never thought i'd like it as much as the supra but i really do love the zed so i would recommend getting the zed from a previous owner of a supra. heres a pic of my supra "]http://[/url]

Hi, not sure about the steam cleaning, as i do all the cleaning myself as i prefer that and it gives me something to do , anyways if you want to clean it yourself i use engine cleaner/degreaser gets everything off nice and easy, a load of rags or cloths some black trim polish for all the black trim and pipes and wires etc in the engine bay using that it will make them shine up nice and look new, my engine bay was pretty dirty when i got it too and i hate that, but since i have been using above and not done everything i want to yet and not spent that much time on it, it really does look near new in the bay i'll post a pic soon. Just wish i had a before and after lol. Though this All depends how quick you want it to be clean and the price you want to spend to get it clean

Great effort mate, cheers Steve -
I always give a thumbs up and a flash of the headlights to any zed, and as i'm well into my cars i do the same to any of the older gen cars like skylines supras etc. Though driving the zed you see so many people looking at the car all ages men and women the zed really is one of those cars everyone loves to look at

that takes some doing you really couldn't do that if you tried

Glad to see your car is up and running now i looked all through this post I felt well bad for you , but glad it's all back to normal now . Just a quick question where did you get these lights and what lights did you use in behind the reflectors? As i have been wanting to do this too, also do the lights have a blue tinge to it or are they just bright white? Cheers -
Hello everyone, I have been wanting to spray the top of my inlet a nice shiny silver colour like the one pictured below, can someone tell me what high temp paint will work on this and where to get it from? oh and did anyone use lacquer to bring out the shine more and if so where did you get the high temp lacquer from and did you use primer as well? Thanks P.S who ever's engine bay this is it looks well lush i can't remember where i got this picture from it was some time ago, but it looks lovely

I haven't had my zed that long so i'm not used to it, so i guess i will just forget about it over time and live with it

Used this guide it worked a treat thank you very much SteveW top man As to what some have asked about depressurizing the fuel tank mine had half a tank but i had no idea as before i did this it showed the warning light and no fuel so i had to guess and when i fixed it i had half a tank! Anyway what i did was i left the fuel cap undone and i left the car over night for it to depressurize by itself and didn't turn the car on or even turn the keys in the ignition else it will pump the fuel into the system so i left the car over night with the fuel cap undone and did this and had no fuel come out of the pipes and as i said i even had half a tank!

Hello everyone, when i turn my key on where all the lights come the dash before you start the car, my bose stereo come's on by itself and beeps and comes up PHONE on the screen then i think it's one or two speakers are always staying on like a constant static noise it's very annoying as i can hear it all the time even when driving the car , I think but not sure i think it's to do with the fact it's the handsfree GT pack model as I'm guessing it keeps one or two speakers on for if you get a phone call but i really don't know. So could someone tell me if there is a way I can turn this off so i won't hear the noise coming from the speakers any more if that's possible . Thanks

japcarsbrett replied to RDON's topic in Performance
as above not about the essex women , it all depends on the condition's but to be honest i just would risk it as if you lose he will just rip into you about it and you will never live it down so just keep saying nah you won't win wind them up say 3.5 V6 japanese sports car no chance or do what i do and go yeah yeah you will win blah blah as it winds them up even more as i did this in my toyota supra twin turbo some chav thought his seat ibiza turbo could beat mine i knew there was no way in hell it could so i just kept going oh yeah course yours will (sarcastically) which really go him going and in then end he gave up and admitted he would lose, and i never had to waste any of my fuel or time and i still won the race hahaha -
