  1. While we here, ring times....... Nissan 350Z (287 PS) 8:26.00 Ford Focus RS 8:26.00 Not an exact science but.... lighter, more power, WAY better tyres too no doubt (350z OE Bridgestones are awful), yet no faster......
  2. 350z DE is quicker than DC5 round tsukuba and more fun, good enough for me. Driven my mates new Octavia vRS 230 fitted with the Leon 280 trick diff, miles quicker than a Focus RS round the Nurburgring massively due to that diff (with less power at 280) it goes round corners shockingly quick, proper point and shoot affair. Brake, turn in, apex mash throttle repeat. Was it fun though, was it rewarding not compared to the Zed which takes alot more thought and skill.
  3. Good luck with the sale and new purchase
  4. Look great on a skyline, small on a z imo
  5. I have the same exhaust on mine, albeit the Toyosport version and i think for the $$$ they sound great coupled to a free flowing y pipe.
  6. There she is, if you get the chance the almera GTi MAF is a quick easy win
  7. SR20 please
  8. ^ lol see
  9. Watched it and loved it, Amazon just goes from strength to strength. Lovely intro too, well played lads.
  10. 13yr old motor still going to Nissan for work, no wonder they love you LOL Im 14 months in and its bliss. The motor industry the world over is getting a hard on for any naturally aspirated sport/GT cars with 6 cylinders and above, RWD with manual gearboxes - Tick Tick Tick Tick
  11. This is worst than waiting for Nougat
  12. Yes, as these are OE spec. Why do you feel you need a new one?.....................
  13. Smart in red, I like that!! Brave on the exhaust gamble, but looks like it's paid off.
  14. 500bhp... bye bye gearbox......... I'd personally like 350bhp similar lb-ft and no more, why?
  15. QUICK cars these, always loved the N14 GTi-R such a shame they didnt keep the trend going for the N15 and later N16's.
  16. Ello n welkom, stick around

    New Ride

    Looks Lovely pal, enjoy
  18. Mines a fair weather/weekend car as i had my j reg Sunny (classic car insurance) anyways and it make zero sense in selling that for what it costs to keep on the road. Plus the 350z is no good, when on the rare occasion when i drop the kids to nursery, dance or do the food shop. Not overly interested in keeping the 350z mileage down, but spreading the costs of tyres, brakes, suspension and clutch over a longer period due to the reduced annual mileage is win.
  19. Totally depends on the sort of driving thats being done and for how long, mpg will drop as we come into the winter also.
  20. cool ickle motors, that sound so well imo
  21. goes well
  22. Polo GTi....
  23. The money you going to spend upgrading to something newer, IF space allows many peoples advise would be to buy a reliable beater for work and keep the zed that you know & like for fridays and/or weekends. Reduced annual mileage for the 350z will result in cheaper insurance and less money for Zed tyres, brakes etc as the mileage will be greatly reduced. A newer car doing the same mileage as the Zed currently, will run thru tyres, brakes, clutch much the same as any other vehicle and depreciate MUCH more than the 350z.
  24. I hate heel & toe on fly by wire cars, much better on cable throttle body imo. I find the VQ's with DMF to rev so slow, heel & toe is a nuisance at low rpm.
  25. Japspeed stuff isnt Japspeed, its all Chinese made just relabeled replicas of brand name companies. Same as Toyosport, Xpower and JPerformance............... all the same stuff.
