  1. Citroen Xantia DTI Estate (and it was as big as an estate.... housing estate that is)
  2. Yowser!! so incognito yet so fast, I love it The straight line speed must be like the world is going backwards.
  3. Good colour choice!! Looks stunning in white.
  4. Not usually a fan of Jags but I have to say that does look really nice. Love the wheels. I must be getting older Is it just me or are those callipers tiny?
  5. I had 10mm on front and 20mm on back. Sat just fine. Clean lines, no rubbing or scuffing. They're off now because I've my fat arse Rotas
  6. Grey Mondeo Boring Diesel Z-tek? Blends into the crowd and the weather, not flash but not too shite. It's so in the middle it's Switzerland.
  7. I loved the reaction on people faces driving my racing green granny grocery go getter corolla, when i'd pull away from the traffic lights like a scolded cat!!
  8. I think using a car cover can attract attention, people might think " oh yeah, don't want your precious car to get dirty eh? I wonder what he's got under there?"
  9. ^^^That'd be my second choice. I like to be able to see my car. FWIW, If it were on the street, I think it'd push this moderate man over the edge. There's always some slack jawed troglodyte tosser who'll key a car for no good reason and as already said, some monumentally shite parkers who don't mind trading paint.
  10. Anything, IMO, is better than the street. I'd start by asking your neighbours first.
  11. Definitely the wolf. The only sleeper I've had was a Toyota corolla with a 3S-GTE Rev 5 lump from a Toyota Caldina. Standard engine but got it mapped on a Motec to 300hp. The only things I changed on the car were slightly wider tyres, a sports cat and a cold air feed. That was rapid. It was a good chuckle.
  12. if you never cleaned it out for at least a month, it would bring a whole new meaning to the phrase "this car's a tip"
  13. I thought if you put your I-phone in a bag of rice, it would soak up the dampness from water damage and after 3 or 4 days, hey presto, a fully functioning I-phone once again.
  14. I like the name which just rolls off the tongue "Skip Car Skip Lorry Skip Wagon Skip Loader Hookloader Waste Grab Recycle Builder"
  15. I suppose it's not bad, but god almighty those wheels make Whoopi Goldberg good looking.
  16. I think the A5 is a car that doesn't need to look too "try hard" i.e. a spoiler that is really noticeable, it just wouldn't suit it. I think the lip spoiler really does it justice.
  17. At least it's been found. Must be an awful feeling to know your car has gone. Hope none of us ever experience it.
  18. My Zed is Gunmetal Stevo, but it wouldn't've been me as I haven't driven it anywhere out of town for a week. The Zed you saw might've been another fella who lives in St.Neots. A stock looking silver Zed with Rays. I saw him tonight on the A428 going home.
  19. Love DC5 integras. I bet that K20a sounds thumping mad with those mods. Love it!!!
  20. I drove through Bourn today!! to miss the mad Madingly road traffic
  21. Well, painful experiences have been mainly due to my own stupidity or done voluntarily. I've done the "rake trick" to see just how painful that was ( stepping on the end of a rake and allowing the handle to bash your head ) yeah, that really hurt. Being poked in the eye by my 10 month old with a wooden spoon . Being electrocuted by a dodgy multi-plug, which was really unpleasant to say the least . But I think the most painful, the one that was pretty unbearable was when my brother sprayed veet on my ballbag in the gym changing room. I thought he was just mucking about with shaving cream but I can tell you good sirs, it was just burning the whole time that left me in pain for days. Made my nuts look like a couple of red raw spanked plums. I had to take a day off work and apply an ice bag to my crotch compared to you lot, I know I have come off lightly
