  1. Personally, I love the wheels and as stevo said, it's refreshing that you didn't Rota it up ( like I did, no regrets ) I quite like the roller skate look. Once that's drop on its belly it'll look badasssss.
  2. That's a really nice example.
  3. in one of those pics even the dog is looking away in disgust of the damage
  4. Man alive!! those wheel arches!! The instructions must've come from Blue Peter with some fisher price scissors.
  5. I notice it's the "new" Joy of sex. Was the old one " let's get this over with I've got a head ache sex "
  6. Done 2k in 2 years. Just a weekend toy, if it's the right temperature... and if it's not raining.... and if the clouds are fluffy enough
  7. New year's resolution is, to wait a month before starting them so I can get more perspective on whether they were a good idea or not.
  8. I paid 98.9 for diesel on Wednesday, albeit with 20 pence off from the Tesco card but I haven't paid that sort of price in nearly 10 years I think
  9. I read somewhere it was a myth that RX7s and RX8s needed a rebuild @70K miles. Or, maybe that was someone selling an RX7 or 8
  10. Everyone knows speeding is illegal. The fact the occupants of the car have brushed up on the law to challenge the police on theirs is inconsequential in the long run I think. Furthermore, they have brushed up on the law to get away with a "crime" which means they are fully aware of their wrong doing and are trying to get off Scott free. I see it this way, if one of their loved ones or one of the occupants died in a traffic accident because somebody in an Audi was doing 110 mph on a public road, they'd want them bang to rights. Yes, most people speed, yes, we all Know it's a no no, yes, the police could have better things to do, maybe on this occasion they didn't. You can't have the whole constabulary working on 1 murder case for example. Bottom line is, they are guilty as sin and should just take it on the chin.... or on the license as the case may be.
  11. "So I'm living in Spain and I've decided I'd like to buy a 350. Looking for a little advice " ATTAK will love this opening sentence
  12. What he said^^^ Anyway, it's a myth that driving is more dangerous than flying. There are just as many accidents with planes as there are with cars if you include small planes/ 2 seaters for example (apparently)
  13. How easy is it to unwrap the car if you later decided to go back to the original colour?
  14. That wrapped R8 is just wrong. I'd be tempted to peel the gold off to see if there was chocolate underneath. And that Audi with that front bumper just reminds of a Darlick for some ridiculous reason.
  15. I fitted my HFCs on axel stands and it wasn't too bad, need a few extensions for the ratchet mind you. I also fitted Spacers into the Y pipe but made no difference to the EML, which is fine as it's an excellent excuse to get an Uprev
  16. Really pleased for you grundy and really touched by the kindness of the people involved and the Zed shed. if there were anything good about Christmas i'd definitely say it's the people who make it. Superb stuff . BTW I don't know if I missed it somewhere on the thread but how many miles has the replacement engine covered?
