  1. Welcome aboard and great looking Zed. Just fitted a set of Rota Grids myself to my Zed. Great what a set of alloys can do for the look of a car, ...even better when lowered on coil overs like yours.
  2. ^^ Great thinking outside the box Pete, ...but it's not the 1950's anymore and people don't put wood in their cars. I jest of course.
  3. Welcome aboard. Low mileage means nothing to me unless it's been serviced at the correct intervals with the right parts. Make sure you check out all the service history paying particular attention to dates & mileage. Service schedule for the 350Z here; http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/31110-service-schedule-for-a-350z/ Good luck and if you get a link for the cars you're looking at then maybe post them up for others to check out.
  4. That really sucks SuperStu. Tbh as it look's in the pictures I wouldn't attempt anything myself on it if I was you. Do as Will suggests and try a local Dentmaster or similar. Sh**ty thing to happen.
  5. Hi Niko, I'm not going to be much help as I have no idea where to get colour coded rubber bungs from but if you can find out the size of the hole to fit it in then that will make your search easier. As it's rubber if you paint it then it will most likely flake or not adhere very well with normal spray paint. You could try a plastidip spray paint though as that is flexible even when it goes off. Much more chance of it still looking good after time has past and it is available in a range of colours. 6. Well done and you must be pleased with that result. Add it to the "Dyno results" thread along with a mods list/what dyno etc if you can just to give others an idea of what they could expect. Link: http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/23450-dyno-results-info-thread/page__st__100#entry1254886
  7. Cheers for the comments all. Payment accepted so now sold ~ just awaiting collection. MODS PLEASE LOCK THIS THREAD NOW THANK YOU.
  8. Loving the 370 tatooandy67. Very nice stance.
  9. ...Or R35LEE possibly. Link: http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/63996-2004-350z-breaking-all-parts/
  10. Yes as he posted it on two other sites first. The internet is a wonderful and terrifying place Curious as to what other sites now!? Definitely won't be on www.plumbers.org though I'd bet.
  11. Controversial but I like it! Don't know what you mean. I'll bring my coffee maker to keyser's BBQ on Monday. Maybe he could fit a mute button Not sure if that's possible?! Mine has a "cleaning" button but it keeps malfunctioning.
  12. Seriously though sorry to hear you got the Zed damaged leebottrill. It sucks I know.
  13. Have you tried asking Alex to see if he knows? Zman that is.
  14. Could it be the gauge itself though rather than the wiring is what I'd wonder.
  15. My mate is a gas/heating engineer and it is pretty common place tbh. He calls it a perk of the job. I helped him once cut up all these copper pipes into small bits so he could put it in his van. He had collected them all over just a few months work and got around £200 I believe for the entire lot. Not going to make him rich but still definitely worth him doing as it's an extra couple of grand a year for him I'd imagine. Not sure if there is anything you can do unless you ask the guy to see if he'll split what he got for it with you.
  16. Done and signed the online petition too. Don't usually do those things but thought I would for this one.
  17. Not good but what annoys me about buses round my area is how their drivers will never pull completely up to the curb when picking up passengers ~ purposely making it impossible for you to get past them on most roads. Literally blocking you from overtaking them meaning you have to stop at all the bl**dy bus stops as well. Grrrr!!
  18. Very cool wizurd. Where is WhifBitz garage based then? Edit: ignore me ~ Caldicot.
  19. If anyone's interested by the way Halfords have some good offers on pressure washers at the moment. Just bought a Karcher K2 the other day for £69.99. Link: http://www.halfords.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/categorydisplay_storeId_10001_catalogId_10151_categoryId_255231_langId_-1
  20. Just a bit of a thread revival. I'm still using my E-cig but after problems with my variable voltage "Smok" battery unit not lasting all that long I decided to upgrade as I'm not going back to cigarettes now. I decided to buy an "Itaste MVP V2.0" battery unit which I have to admit is fantastic so far. Not a cheap unit at £40 but well worth it for all it's great features (listed below). This is what it looks like below. This is one of the largest, if not the largest capacity batteries you can buy at 2600 mAh. It features: variable voltage (3.3-5 volts), variable wattage (6-11 watts), an ohms meter, puff counter, battery level indicator, 10 second auto cutoff (in case accidentally switched on), built in illuminated display, remembers last set voltage/wattage, compatible with most clearomizers, over discharge protection, short circuit/atomizer protection, passthrough, includes charger, choice of clearomizers, beauty ring and it can be used as a mobile battery unit for charging MP3 players, cameras, phones & basically anything that charges using a mini USB unit. So in summary if you're looking to upgrade your battery then this is well worth considering imo.
  21. You got lucky grundy or maybe he just thought breaking into the Zed was too much of a risk as an awesome race car like that must have the dogs boll**ks of an alarm.
  22. Keep looking or knock the price down to say £5500. Lot's of Zeds for sale on here; http://www.350z-uk.com/forum/51-zeds-for-sale/
