  1. Tony's car does look fantastic and I did PM him earlier, only problem is I hadn't quite realised how far away he is from me (5 hour round trip on a good day), so I'm probably not able to get up to him until after Easter. 5 Hours is a long journey but I've heard of others travelling further for the right car. I mean you can't always get a good car on your door step and as he's a forum member so hopefully it will be a good honest Zed you'll be going to see. Let us know how you get on with the search.
  2. Firstly it's not going to turn your Zed into a monster but it will make a noticeable improvement especially in the first few gears and in relation to torque & a linear power curve. Quote below from Horsham Developments. I have very similar mods on my 2003 Zed to your 2004 Zed and mine achieved 293.4bhp@flywheel after it's UpRev at Horsham Developments. The car does feel a lot quicker off the mark now in the first few gears and I have had the 155mph limiter removed so if I ever hit the Autobahn I can really push it now. You can expect a similar power level I'd have thought from your Zed but tbh there are so many factors to consider that it could be more or it could be a lot less (Factors like: current power level/humidity on day of UpRev/engine condition internally/fuel/tyres/condition of parts fitted etc etc). On the same day I had my UpRev an almost identically year/modded Zed achieved around 280bhp@flywheel so it will vary between vehicles. One things for sure though that it will be definitely better after the UpRev. It will be money well spent imo especially if you've already put all those mods on.
  3. Cool ~ Good luck and hope it all goes well.
  4. Darn it ~ what a great price for these.
  5. Just over £7K and a members car; http://www.pistonheads.com/classifieds/used-cars/nissan/350z/nissan-350z-gt-very-low-miles-uk-car/2196615 http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/83533-350z-2005-uk-cargt-pack-and-rays-wheelsvery-low-miles/ Also might be worth a PM to Tony (another forum member) as he has a great Zed that I believe he is selling still; http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/82437-54-plate-uk-sunset-gt-reduced-1-previous-owner/ Good luck with the Zed hunt.
  6. That is a great film. Love the bit when Stiller is playing with the blown off head at the beginning.
  7. Thanks. The exhaust is an "Invidia Gemini" stainless steel true dual system ~ got it from a trader on here, Tarmac Sportz.
  8. Sort of. Ordered them at the beginning of March "007" style.
  9. If you haven't been to Horsham Developments before I'd highly recommend them for any work. Jez and the guys there did a whole plethora of work on my Zed earlier this year including brake fluid change, new discs, new pads, clutch fluid change, gearbox/diff oil change, fitted plenum spacer, UpRev... etc. Did a fantastic job and I felt it was well worth the drive from South Wales to use them. Very happy customer of theirs.
  10. Thanks. The front discs are EBC grooved/dimpled ones from Horsham Developments; http://www.h-dev.co.uk/product_info.php?cPath=78_169_293_463_465_1414&products_id=20370 Excellent looking discs imo with no noise/vibrations when used and stop the Zed very well which is what they're ultimately for.
  11. Welcome aboard Niko. Lovely looking Zed and glad to see some Zeds actually get to enjoy some nice weather.
  12. I do and the Horsham Developments spacer is a great bit of kit. Not as pretty as some *cough, cough, Wasso spacer* ..but a little cheaper and still gets the job done very well. ...But as that's a moot point now I'll just say enjoy the new Wasso plenum spacer Jared350z when you get it and more importantly the UpRev. P.S. Don't forget to post your dyno results in the dyno thread; http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/23450-dyno-results-info-thread/
  13. Thanks Humpy and The Chubby Ninja. After taking my old Rays off I feel I bought the new alloys/tyres just at the right time as the old front tyres where a little low when I took them off today. Very happy with the Zeds new look for now but as you both know Zeditus is incurable so lowering will be on the cards in the future for sure.
  14. Thanks and definitely agree. It's on the Zed's shopping list for the future.
  15. At least boxer shorts are meant to have holes in.
  16. Basically just a bit of picture whoring as I finally got some nice new alloys & tyre's. A big thank you goes to Mitz at the Cougar Store who sorted me out with these and kept me informed every step of the way as they made their journey from the US. Top service. They are 19" Rota Grid's "Steel Grey" with Falken 453 tyre's in 245/35 front and 275/35 rear (9.5j Fr & 10.5j Rr). I'm very happy with how the car handles but more so the way it now look's although it just need's lowering a tad I fear... *phones Cougar Store*
  17. Ok so today I fitted my new alloys but not technically a mod so here's my mod of the day.... I'm such a genius. Basically with my new alloys the standard OEM wheel brace won't work so rather than have my nice shiny 4-way wheel brace just rattling around in the boot I decided to get modding, ....and voila one new brace holder.
  18. ^^ What he said. Link: http://www.350z-uk.com/forum/137-zmanalex/ Or possibly R35LEE: http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/63996-2004-350z-breaking-all-parts/
  19. Welcome aboard. Lovely looking Zed you have.
  20. +1. I wanna Super Charger!. Keyser is making it easy for you then =) Nahh, think he's sold his and if I did get a Vortech then ideally I'd want the V3. Plenty of time for that though.
