  1. Welcome aboard. If you're unsure but still interested in buying the Zed then the best thing you can do is get an online HPI check done firstly so you know it has no outstanding finance owed or has been in an accident, ....next thing to do is when you see the car check it over making sure the VIN numbers all match up/mileage with MOTS etc etc. Also if it's a private sale try to make sure you are viewing it with the registered owner & it's at the address it is registered to. Never meet the seller half way etc as this can be dodgy. Sure there are more tips but that's just for starters. 350Z buyers guide: http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/77426-buyers-guide/ 350Z service schedule: http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/31110-service-schedule-for-a-350z/ The service schedule is a good thing to know when you go to look at the car so you can tell if it's been serviced correctly. E.g: changes done at the correct mileage/year/age.
  2. I haven't decided yet. Any suggestions? Oil slick release from the rear, front machine guns and a passenger ejector seat ~ standard equipment on the rare "007 350Z GT" model.
  3. Great start and good luck with the rest of your plans.
  4. I'd be very happy if that was my Zed Plex, ...the blue & the black looks great together and I love the lines with the rear spoiler removed from the boot lid. In saying that though it is for me too low and just like Dan (Ekona) said it does look broken (plus I'm also not a fan of those front headlight tints/wrap). For the most part though it does look like a clean well looked after Zed that you've obviously put some time, money & love into so kudos for that.
  5. Welcome aboard Steve. Great selection of performance cars you've owned.
  6. Darn double post. Still looking forward to seeing pictures btw.
  7. What a crazy night, ...Bob selling the ginger ninja, The Seasider Zedless & in an Impreza! Worlds going mad I tell you. Hope you enjoy your Impreza.
  8. I don't ride motorbikes and nor will I ever but I do find it hard to believe that people would be so stupid to let their loved ones ride like that. Maybe if she had read the Brittany Morrow story she wouldn't ride like that again. Link: http://rottenxxxronnie.blogspot.co.uk/2011/08/extreme-roadrash-original-brittany.html Shame on her boyfriend/partner though for letting her get on the bike like that with him.
  9. Welcome aboard. Make the most of being able to put the top down while you can, ....soon as winter sets in you won't be doing that again for a good few months. Well not without gloves, hat & a scarf on anyway.
  10. ^^ What he said, ...and welcome aboard.
  11. ^^ This but I found I didn't even need to remove the wheels to replace mine in reality. If you're doing the drivers side sidelight bulb then just turn the steering wheel to full lock to the left, ...when doing the passenger sidelight bulb then just turn the steering wheel to full lock to the right. I found that gave me more than enough room to reach my arm in behind the liner, remove the bulb holder/bulb & replace.
  12. Not quite from what I've heard but in saying that it's not far off a straight swap. Airbag plugs are different and there are some differences with regards to the seat rails & some lugs but it's all easily solved from what I've heard. Fluke would be able to tell you more as he fitted 370 seats/rails in his 350. Link: http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/76309-fitting-370z-seats-into-a-350z/
  13. Wonder if there is even an engine in it with the way the weeds are coming through from under the bonnet.
