You might get lucky and find a JDM Eunos that's been sealed up and rust free. I think they come with some other advantage too, LSD or different suspension set up, too.

Have you tried putting the SIM in another phone to see if you can get the owner's number? If you have. Just go for it. Hold power and volume down to get it into recovery mode and then plug it into iTunes and hope you can restore.
