  1. Man you've been busy, great write up and the vids are a nice touch. Sounds awesome!
  2. I thought I'd dealt with this problem, but they just look so fit
  3. Run out of "likes" for today, ...but agree 100% SuperStu. I've literally never run out of likes, what's the daily limit for someone like you who has "like" problem?
  4. to use an old saying your girl were them sexy high heels that get you going it aint because there comfortable or practice I think that's the thing, right there. High heels I get, they are sexy but impractical, super slammed is not sexy IMO and impractical. Glad that's cleared up. I was doing my confused face.
  5. I just don't get it. I get a drop to reduce the arch gap and spacers to fill the arches, but I really don't get the whole slammed/stretched tyre/top of the rim disappearing into the arch/roller skate/undriveable on all but marble flat surface thing. I don't think it's just cos I'm old, there's something else wrong. I think it's because it's deliberately setting out to sabotage your own car's ride, comfort, performance, aero parts and drivability - all in one go!
  6. Regardless of the safety debate, which has only one real outcome, I'm pretty sure that's not installed in the correct location
  7. Reread what he wrote. I too thought he said LTH WITH cats but he says over cats. He knows haha I think that's why he said he'll send them for coating. Ceramic coating will keep temps down. Or wrap like I did. Plus hfc keep some power at bay. LTH FTW! Please can you post a link or advise what you used to wrap them? Ta.

    Trim bits

If I need a clips in small quantities, especially the weirder ones, I nearly always go to Zmanalex as he's nearly always got them in and you know you're getting the correct clip for the job. Just seems a shame to order a few clips on their own, need to get something BIG too.
  9. Let us know how the fatmat goes, I keep looking at it to reduce resonance in the rear speaker section.
  10. She's a beauty! £200 for 86bhp, if only the Zed gave it up so easily
  11. Nice job, great turnaround.
  12. I was hoping someone might have one lying around for the price of a stamp
  13. Much to my horror I noticed one of these is missing when giving the interior a quick hoover. Anyone got one they'd send my way for a modest fee please? I'm not sure how long I can live without one. Ta.
  14. Not much in the mod stakes, but as I'm due a service soon I had a panel arrive and thought I'll save my tech 2 minutes and do it myself - guide to follow All looks pretty clean when I whipped it out. But then the dirty side :scare: Good for 10bhp at least I reckon.
  15. I did my lip a couple of months after it went on, it's a pisser but it wasn't too expensive to put right.
  16. No it's from outside Dan if you read ostego's post n#3.I have a similar squeak that's just started recently presumably because of how wet the last few months have been and now it's drying up a bit. Definitely from outside and underneath the car. No big deal just a bit annoying more than anything. If I can get to the offending pivot point without the need for a ramp then I'll sort it myself otherwise it'll have to wait till my MOT in May. Not sure who Dan is, but I hear you. I read "windows closed" but my brain said "windows open".
  17. Is the squeak from inside the cabin? If so, is it not just the big spring in the footwell on the back of the clutch pedal? Mine used to squeak there, until I white lithium greased it in the face a few times.
  18. I just installed the java 7 update on my iMac, running Mavericks http://www.java.com/en/download/index.jsp Live timings now working in safari.
  19. Anyone been on one of the airboats in the glades? Are they as awesome as they look on Flipper and Gentle Ben?
  20. Don't know what they're like behind the wheel, but I saw one blitz a track day at croft in the wet. It hammered round and looked like the fastest thing out there all day long, and there were a couple of 911s, an M5 and an AWD R32 out too, so not exactly slouches. If you test drive and like it, I'd guess they're all kinds of fun.
  21. It was good to chat to you on Sunday Pete, especially about your trips to the States. Colorado is on the list, but it just won't be this time I don't think. Gives me something to plan for after this though!
