  1. The first other Zedder I met in the flesh, at the first car meet of any kind I ever went to. It was really strange meeting up with a bunch of randoms in a place I'd never been before, arriving on my own, but Martin couldn't have been more friendly and welcoming. His love for the club and Zeds shone through after just a few minutes chatting. RIP Martin
  2. Hope that's the end of your clutch woes and good luck going after the dealer. If it turns out to be spot on now, if I were you I'd want to know everything they've done since you dropped it off. On the plus side, at least you've more or less got an entirely new drivetrain.
  3. Got mine from Tarmac, it's a really nice step up from the plastic thing that was dragging along the floor. It's taken a couple of whacks too and soaked it up. Z Speed FTW.
  4. I left mine in by accident for a couple of weeks with it parked up, flat battery.
  5. Just WOW
  6. What's not to like with that beauty?!? LIKED
  7. Love Capris, 80s working man's sports car and the British Mustang
  8. I don't wear underwear when I'm on a track day to avoid unnecessary weight. I can feel the difference it makes. Red hot curry the night before to provoke a full "expulsion" of excess weight FTW!
  9. Seats weigh at least 200kg, spare wheel too, whip 'em out!
  10. They're a pure rice mod and there's nothing wrong with that. It's not like any of lips, splitters, side steps, spoliers, cannards, snorkels, ducts, vents, diffusers, dildos or any other external mods are wind tunnel/CFD proven. The only way these louvres, not some different ones on a different car, can be fitted to a car that is driven in the wet on the road, is on top of the glass. You could easily fit them instead of the glass if you drive your zed exclusively in the dry and don't mind creatures clambering in whilst it's in the garage or if you've got a track weapon with no interior to get soaked.
  11. Whatever happens, film it!
  12. along!
  13. If stage 2 is ground based, it makes sense. If stage 2 is get bored and give up, all we're doing in the meantime is feeding their propaganda machine, whilst the really dangerous people (to us) are already running around mad as lorries inside Europe

  15. I think that's a sensible choice One of my favourite mods, look great on black too
  16. This'll be an interesting one. Not for me, I think this requires more eyeball to eyeball contact if they are to be beaten. I don't think it can be done from the air alone.
  17. Your first car stu? £400 ford escort estate ..... 3 door ! Oh yes what a beast First car I bought. I was gifted a Renault Clio 1.2 as a youth when my Mum moved to France, but as that was free, it didn't really count.
  18. You know what? It's better than I expected The look on my face, when the chap proudly announced he upgraded me to it, must have spoke a 1000 words. His next few words were, "Is that not ok?" I felt a bit bad at the time, it was technically an upgrade. I'll tell him how pleasantly surprised I've been by the err, very well located USB plug, so hopefully that'll make up for it.
  19. I've got a Vauxhall Zafira rental right now It's going back tomorrow
  20. Surely the only car brands it's ok to pre-judge people by are Kia and SsangYong
  21. If it's not working flawlessly when you get it back and they ask for any more cash, tell them to bite it and go and see Alex.
  22. Gorgeous Zed
  23. It was the first Fury fight I've watched, has anyone else notice how tiny his skull is in comparison to the rest of him? Great natural feature for a boxer, having a peahead. The Jono Connor fight on the undercard was quite entertaining, he looks a good boxer. It also struck me Fury moves as gracefully as a zebra that's been thrown out of an aeroplane at 30,000 feet
