I went with the Tein springs and felt I needed more adjustment, so I think you'll need adjustable front upper arms as well. (I'm on the driftworks arms)

I cant see why anyone with a car over 50k would bother with a dealer, just a decent independent will do. Keeping receipts of work done is far more useful than a log book with just planky stamps in it (imho).

I'd just replace the batteries anyway, they don't last forever and it eliminates a simple possible cause.
