  1. I bought mine used around a year or so back for £90 on here. Think I've only seen one other for sale since. It is a lovely gear knob & for me improves the shift feel considerably.
  2. I'm done with DFS & the likes. Yes they are cheap & most are comfortable but I think they're like throw away items these days. We've had a few but after a while they loose shape & comfort. Think your better off going for a quality brand & paying a little more IMO
  3. Old man used to have the aluminium bodied jag super v8. For the money they're brilliant. If you could live with the image. Most comfortable ride I've experienced. It's a 4.2 V8 with Supercharger whine, 30mpg all day long, loaded with luxuries & lights up the rear whenever suits.
  4. Clark Motorsport in the trader section. They can supply a lot of OEM parts for a lot less
  5. Hi & like the look of the Lupo gti, have one myself along with my 350z. Both cars have character in abundance. Good luck with your search.
  6. Welcome to the forum. There's enough tips, advice & expertise on this forum to last you a lifetime. Enjoy
  7. All rear brakes do some of the work they aren't just there for parking up. It's normal for the front to go first as they do the majority of the work. Your service record may point you in the right direction but as already said its best to remove a front & rear wheel & physically look. Should be pretty obvious. If your getting a scraping noise there's a good chance that both pad & disc requires changing.
  8. Thought the Peugeot bit started off well with their history but the rest was just boring & pointless IMO. Like the episode overall. Did anyone else notice the corvette was a manual but had flappy paddles behind the wheel, what they for?
  9. I'll let you know in an hour or two Dave
  10. Mine came supplied with heat shields. Tarmac supplied them around 1 1/2 years ago.

Just bought a ctek. Great piece of kit £60 odd from amazon
  12. to the forum. What exactly is your budget? You say spec, are you just after a GT HR or are you after extras on top of that like the sat nav or frost seats? I'm sure you'll find a car soon enough, plenty of good ones on here.
  13. Must resist, must resist. I know you say collection only but would you consider courier collection at buyer expense/time?
  14. Love the paint job or wrap i guess on the Morgan
  15. Sorry to see this. Car was coming along well too. Hopefully it can be sorted.
  16. I use the das6 pro. Bought as it's the perfect middle ground between basic DA & orbital IMO. Worth the extra over the das6 I'd say
  17. Have you not thought about repairing the cables from one of these local trusted garages? Did they give an estimate to repair?
