  1. http://www.orangebikes.co.uk/ Cheers guys. I guess I should man up and just get out on my real bike eh?
  2. Hi Gaz and Andrew. Firstly, to the forum. I'll drop you a PM soon (when I'm next at a PC).
  3. 23K? I hope that's miles not pounds! to the forum Dan. Any plans for your Zed?
  4. OK, I've decided that I want an exercise bike. I did a bit of cycling (mountain bike, not road bike), nothing to write home about, but it's something that I'd like to progress. Now I know the weather and early dark evening shouldn't be used as an excuse for not getting out and about in the saddle, but by the time I get home now, in the dark, the "can't be @rsed" gremlins kick in, I put the kettle on, log on the forum, check the for sale section for goodies and veg out. I'm not a gym bunny and have never done a 'workout' of any description. This includes attending classes such as spinning etc. I want to buy an exercise bike that I can jump on and 'cycle' in the comfort, dry and warmth of my own of an evening for an hour or so. So, fitness fanatics, cyclists and folk that know more about this kinda stuff than me (which isn't hard as I know nothing at all), what should I buy? Do I get an exercise bike, that you can program with different 'routes' so it automatically adjusts resistance etc (so effectively add hills etc to your ride), but doesn't look very 'bike like' with a big comfy seat that's set low with high handle bars Or Do I get a spinnig style aerobic bike that looks more like my actual bike, but the resistance etc is down to me? I guess 'spinning workouts' are available online that I could follow? I just want something I can jump on and kill an hour productively of an evening (as it's too dark and wet now to go tinker with the Zed). Any hints or tips, or pro's/con's to buying either? I prefer the look of the spin bikes, but think the programmable exercise bike would be more benefitial.
  5. I think he means the one on the strut brace Mike, not the boot lid.
  6. Many congrats to you and Mrs Biscuit on your new arrivals.
  7. Did you remove the front wheel Sam, or is it a case of "It would've been easier with the wheel removed, but still possible with it fitted"?
  8. Congrats to you both BM. Great pics too. Thanks for sharing.
  9. Excellent. Thanks mate, appreciate the feedback
  10. Many thanks for the feedback GMballistic. Think I've got about 3 tapes that need doing. What is the quality of picture and sound like?
  11. Andy, I'm not sure whether this is good news (for you) or bad news (for your wallet), but if you're located in Birmingham, Cougar Store are not only available online, but they're also relatively local
  12. Hello and Keep an eye on the regional events threads for meets etc happening in the West Mids (you just missed a great one at Cosford). Now quite a few 350Z owners in the region, but 370Z's are very thin on the ground, so will be good to see you and your Zed at a meet
  13. I love my Japspeed K1. I have no issues with the quality or fitment and LOVE the sound (bungs in) GLWTS (not that you'll need it) and what a fantastic offer donating the proceeds to the forum Nice one .
  14. Whereabouts in Brum are you working Stu? Anywhere near Moor St, New St, Bull Ring, Pallidades?
  15. We're in a bit of a catch 22 situation with finding a venue. Availability is going to be limited because of Xmas parties. If I/we try find a venue that can seat (for example 10) then we get 30 members say they can make it, we'll have a problem. Equally if I/we and find somewhere that can accommodate 30 of us and then only 10 of you can make it, we will again have a problem. Ideally that's why we need to get an idea of numbers sooner. If you're free on the date and can make it to Brim, please let us know. That way we can try find a venue. The longer its left, the harder it will be I feel. And if anyone has visited anywhere or can make suggestions (even if it's so Super Stu can go 'sample the goods' all ideas are welcome.
  16. Thanks for sharing with us Dan. Sorry to read it but glad you're okay, which is the most important part. It's strange how different experiences when driving can have differing effects on us and our driving style/technique. I recently did a 'learn to drift' day as I thought it would give me more confidence and understanding of what the car was doing and how to control it in a 'what if' situation. But whilst driving this weekend in the wet I realised what it has actually done was demostrate just how easy it it to lose the back end on a RWD car and how easy it is for things to go wrong. Instead of increasing my confidence, it's actually slowed me down (especially cornering) when conditions are not exaclty favourable. Which I also guess in turn has made me a little bit safer driver.

    Standard wheels

I'll give you my wheels and £7.00 - That's 'like' £700 but with a strategically placed decimal point.

  19. Just going off topic from wheel colour - what about tinting the indicator/fog light/reverse light clusters too?
