  1. Was the revup even made in 2009? Or is this a registration for an import? Doesn't look right??
  2. I strangely like them. Not normally something I'd like.
  3. I'm guessing my old man is responsible for that look forward to picking it up with him!
  4. Been spending more time on PPrune and the overall tone is very anti-integrated. Take everything on pprune with a pinch of salt. It's a terrible forum. Go out and do the research yourself by speaking to the training organisations yourself. Of course, I'm only giving you my take on the recruiting situation from within the industry and it is the general co census that if you want to stand a good chance of getting in to an airline, integrated is the way to go. But go to the different modular and integrated schools. Do your own research and come to your own conclusion Sound advice, thanks. GIGGIDY!

  6. You'll just have to have a look and see if you have wrecked the cats. I would imagine not but get a torch and have a good look under there!!
  7. Now repeat after me.... "Google, how I love you!" http://forums.nicoclub.com/350z-diy-bumper-tuck-t415681.html
  8. Another thing to consider is that the nismo (in my opinion) will hold it's value more than any other 350z. Obviously not be all and end all but certainly a consideration I do agree though, that it is slightly over priced
  9. I'm assuming you had an anti roll bar to fix it to
  10. Thought so. Should edit my post now to say 100% positive but darn it if it doesn't let everyone know that you've edited your post. Spelling mistake
  11. Nope - if the car was manufactured with headlight washers they need to be in working order - so if your MOT tester spots the headlight washer button and is feeling pernickety it will fail! Awesome, the button's easily removed So what about wiper delete? Mot centre said this year that there is no requirement for a rear wiper. What's the difference between that and the headlight washers?
  12. So hypothetically if I was to put a v2 on there, that would be an mot pass?
  13. Do these need to work for mot (something to do with the xenons)? Mine work fine but I really want to disable them as I don't like having to turn off my lights to spray my windscreen!
  14. If your aim is to get get in to an airline, intergrated course is the way for you. It's not unheard of for modular to people getting in to airlines but the way things work at the moment it is very unlikely. If going the flight instructor route, then I would say save the dosh and go modular. I know it seems a lot of money (and it is at the price of a new GTR), but once you're in an airline it does pay off to go intergrated. No, you don't get your money's worth flight time wise (flying time) but you do have a far better prospect of getting an airline job. That's my overall take on it anyway. Feel free to pm me if you want more specifics and I'll do my best to help
  15. http://www.bristolpost.co.uk/Pensioner-dies-knocked-Nissan-350Z-sports-car/story-20468356-detail/story.html You obviously don't know reasons/circumstances but I just feel for the driver (as much for the family of the pensioner).

  17. Weeeey! Looking forward to it!
  18. I have a set, free to a good home and collection
  19. Good news after being messed about a bit! Enjoy South America dude
  20. 2 things to consider here, first of all if you keep your revs down to 3,000 (which I find sufficient for day to day driving) then you'll be O.K. Secondly, it's important not to put the engine under heavy load, ie hard acceleration from 30 in 6th gear or straining the engine in a high gear up a steep hill. By using 95 Ron you will be down something like 5% on power and 2-3% on fuel economy. Rather than drive around panicking when I can't get Super I simply put £20 of 95 Ron and then fill up when that's gone. Pete Interesting you should quote fuel economy Pete. The difference in super costs roughly 8p more (depending where you shop). That's approx 6% more cost on normal unleaded. So for 3% true cost of super unleaded, why are you potentially wrecking your engine? Plus I don't believe you bumble around in a zed ALL the time, as that's not what for zed's for I've always stood by the fact you're not financially better off by putting 95 Ron in your tank, even though it might seem that at the pump Also, my light comes on at 90miles DTE (if I remember rightly as I don't normally run it below 1/4 tank)
  21. Holy crap! It must be shipped in a gold plated container!
