  1. FOR SALE ’54 UK GT 350z - £6,000 *REDUCED* - NOW SOLD Just reduced price for quick sale given the prospect of storage over winter. It is with deep regret that I am placing my much loved 350z up for sale. This is due to buying a house and will need the cash for repairs/furnishings. I have had the pleasure of owning it since January 2012 and have modified it tastefully (in my eyes). Since I have owned it, I have done all services and have receipts to show. The most recent service was a P3 which include differential oil, gearbox oil, brake fluid, clutch fluid, and coolant fluid change on top of the standard P1 items. Since my ownership, it has been run on NOTHING but Shell V-Power, for which I have all receipts to show for this. The car has covered 93,000 miles and has never, in my ownership missed a beat. She drives superbly. The clutch and gearbox are quiet and smooth, even from cold. The original plan was to supercharge it, but decided against due to cost and mainly just wanting to enjoy the car for what it is. Here is a link to my build thread. http://www.350z-uk.c...-project-to-fi/ Usual GT Spec: -Cruise, audio on steering wheel -Bose System -Heated leather Seats -18†Rays alloys (refurbished 18 months ago) -BREMBO Brakes -350 Floor Mats -Rear Bridgestone RE050A (Approx 7mm tread) -Front tyres a little bit more tread -Battery replaced in 2013 MOT Expires 07/01/2015 (will sell with 12 months) Tax Expires 31/03/2015 (will include if I receive asking price) P1 Service due 10/04/2015 Modifications -Honda RDX ‘stubby’ -5zigen CAT back exhaust -Horesham Plenum Spacer -AEM Short Ram induction kit -TEIN Springs -Eibach Spacers (25mm/20mm) -‘Jack’ Steering wheel refurbishment. Perforated sides, nappa leather top and bottom, with a slightly thicker grip -Gas bonnet dampers -Rear wiper delete Other work I have had done: Front and rear bumper re-spray due to stone chips (the rear had a really small scuff, which meant whole bumper needed re-spraying). This was done earlier this year before I decided to put it up for sale. I have receipts and has 5 year warranty on the work. Stainless steel Y-Pipe due to the original blowing at the flexi join. I urge anybody who is looking for a good, clean example 350z to view the car. It has covered a few more miles than others but has been looked after and does not show its mileage or age one bit. If I receive asking price, I will include the remainder of the tax and a BRAND NEW (I got a new one on warranty) Storm Force Car Cover with the sale. http://www.carcoverz...50z-p-1763.html I have thoroughly enjoyed the car, and I am certain the next owner will have an enjoyable experience with “Berthaâ€. Any questions, please do not hesitate to ask. If you would like to test drive, feel free but you will have to provide your own temporary (fully comp) insurance. Having a bit of a problem uploading pics. Happy to email to anyone interested. Just PM edit: location is Bournemouth/Poole A few more pics on Flickr: https://flickr.com/p...157647649293830
  2. After watching the video of the previous accident, I came across this Operated for Manx2, I knew the First Officer who sadly lost his life. Here's a link to the report if anybody is interested. All it states are facts. Unfortunately some poor decisions were taken, which lead to the tragic outcome. http://www.aaiu.ie/sites/default/files/upload/general/13067-PRELIMINARY_REPORT_2011_005-0.PDF
  3. Is that taken from the Sim Centre? edit: take that back, just read the title!!!
  4. I have had mine on for a while now. Slightly harsher over a rough road and possibly a bit more noisy? Stiffer around corners and I find that when you get a loose back end, the car 'snaps' back in to line better than before. I got mine from Clark Motorsport, and couldn't recommend them enough. As for fitting them, my thread should give you a rough idea of what is involved. I would also recommend getting spacers to compliment the stance. 25mm rear, 20mm front. No need for arch rolling or adjustable camber arms. edit: link would help http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/80089-harmlu-build-project-to-fi/
  5. Nice looking car! Only question would be, why would you have a full respray in feb 2014, to then go and sell it in june 2014?
  6. ummmmm..... Everyone else is more interested in the F50, quite right too I suppose but that gauge doesn't look right to me. After mine is warm it usually hovers around 30. dude that's outside air temperature! 8 degrees edit: you must have awesome eyesight. After squinting at the screen for 5 minutes, that's perfectly normal at idle
  7. To undo the top nut, you can do it with the strut still in place (just crack it open). That will save you massive ball ache later on when you take the strut out and want to remove the spring. Similarly torque the top nut up with the strut in place using a box wrench. You might need to get some spring compressors (these will save you potentially doing a lot of damage to yourself) to compress spring to allow you to put the top mount on correctly if it's not already. I can't quite remember the exact method without looking, but there should be a few guides out there. Hope this helps
  8. What makes you think it's a 380RS? Just curious as I might have missed something The body kit. According to details on ebay, engine is 3.5 so obviously a very good replica of the 380rs. http://paultan.org/2007/07/03/nismo-fairlady-z-type-380rs-38-liter-350z/
  9. Looks like it could be a Nismo 380RS. 3.8litre bored HR engine. Details here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nissan_350Z Looks like a very rare car, and on face of it a good price. I know it looks a bit billy bolt on, but just knowing you have a rare 350z, overcomes that in my opinion!
  10. Evening ladies and gents. Does anyone know what mod deals with membership?
  11. Sunset, ground floor of the car park... I parked next to you in my white v70. Ensured no one hit your car ;-)

Glad you got the cover ok. Interesting thread alex
  14. Do you have the engine light come up on your dash? If not, couldn't imagine it being anything to do with the cats. Might just be coincidental

  16. EVERYTHING SOLD - can someone please get the key for this one

  18. Wheel and airbag cover SOLD. Cruise and head unit control still for sale, £30 delivered. Just a heads up that I am away from Monday for the remainder of the month.
  19. No probs I'll still honour what I said so ill pm you in a bit lexx... Just got to go out so may be in a couple of hours. Will aim to post tomorrow morning
  20. So I will send a pm to vlad but lexx would you be happy splitting the rest of the steering wheel with vlad, so £25 for what you wanted? 350 Russ, I'll get the steering wheel in post for you today. Pm will be sent in a moment
  21. Right so everyone looks like they want it split. I am going away Monday for the rest of the month so will need to get it in the post quickly if you guys want the bits. Otherwise I can deliver in march between Bournemouth and Birmingham. I will sell the wheel slightly more at £50, as I think that's a fair price and the other bits can be split? Would everyone be happy with that?
  22. Ok gotcha, didn't read your post between my two. So you want the metal horn plate also? I'll see how to get the cover off but I thought it was a part of the airbag.
