  1. £6950 Hope all is well in the forum. Not particularly active anymore as I no longer have my Zed (Have an M2 now). I still pop by to see what's going on now and again though! I'm advertising the car for my Dad who bought his whilst I had mine (I hope this doesn't go against the forum rules, if it does, please just remove mods). The car has been garaged and very well looked after with £3300 spent in the last 2500 miles with various upgrades. Car cover

I've got a new one in my garage. I think was only used a few times. It's the outside tailored cover.... Storm force rings a bell. Pm me if you're interested in it Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. 2014 I had my 2004 GT 350z. Loved that car, and miss this forum a lot. I still of course follow it, but less input due to the lack of zed in my life right now.. I've just taken delivery of a BMW M2. Who knows what's in the future for me. The M2 is awesome, and fills the gap of my 350z well! Take care guys and girls and all the best for 2017! 5. This just popped up on my tapatalk (haven't been on this forum since selling my 350z) and just to say I miss that car, especially the engine, so what a great choice! Good luck with the project, I'm sure it won't disappoint! Lukas
  6. She's sold, could somebody lock this please. Thanks everyone for your advice and expertise. This truly is a great forum, with great members
  7. Very good, love the way it's both a soft top and hard top! haha
  8. Cheers, I just think it's a bad time of year to be selling. Come spring I shall get sorted and put up for sale again
  9. I would say "Clark Motorsport, Zmanalex, CS etc", probably know more than most about the products they sell. So maybe Jeff, you can shed some light on what brands are better, and specifically the production process differences between the premier brands and the Nissan brand of gearbox and diff oils? Not trying to stir up an argument, just interested in the reasons as you have implied you know about motor oil production (which I believe have different fundamentals than petrol).
  10. *Reduced for quick sale, £6,000, given the prospect of garaging over winter.
  11. Thanks all, I will over inflate tyres slightly as its not particularly practical for me to take weight off wheels. It went in on a dry day, so brakes shouldn't corrode. Have a trickle charger connected. I shall also stuff the pipes with wire wool to deter the mice. Will add a small amount of fuel millers eco max over time also. ....Teddy is on order.... In the meantime, I know it's going to be a bit of time involved in getting her up and running, so would accept 6k for a quick sale if anyone wants a bargain! http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/90653-for-sale-54-uk-gt-spec-6250/
  12. Mixed views on moly slip being counter-productive. However, it does smooth the gearbox slightly, especially from cold. I'm not really clued up enough to comment on how exactly it works, so can't really comment on that. As for the gearbox oil, I'm not sure. Yes, the Nissan oil is only a specifically graded oil with a Nissan label on, however I would appreciate if the people who are saying this could advise on what branded oils are exactly the same oil as the Nissan oil. And maybe a trader like opie oils could explain this? But being that Clark Motorsport, Zmanalex, and CS recommend only Nissan fluids when the could flog something else with (probably) a higher margin, says it all really. And people may disagree with my logic, but it's my logic, it works and is risk free. If someone provides a bit more that 'it is only a label', perhaps I would re-evaluate. Not wanting a big debate here, but this is my trail of thought.
  13. Thanks Alex, use millers fuel additive, so will overdosing (slightly) help? Have just under half a tank now, so perhaps after winter, take it for gentle drive to shell, and then just as gentle until tank needs filling? Other than that, got it covered
  14. Second what everyone has said really. Only use genuine nissan fluids and a drop of molyslip works a treat. I got mine from Clark Motorsport. Edit: when I say 'drop' of molyslip, I mean tube.
  15. Hi, got my car in a friend's garage for the winter already. I'm going to store her over the winter in the hope of having better luck with selling her come spring. Has anybody had any experience with storing over winter? Is it worth getting the fuel out the lines? Any other advice would be appreciated. Also, where's the best earthing point for the trickle charger?
  16. Sorry, no part x, already got myself a new motor. Going to garage for winter, and put up for sale again in the spring!
  17. Bad time of year to sell (great time to buy). I've got her stored in my friends garage now. If I don't sell her this month she'll be stored for the winter and I'll re-assess price come the spring.
  18. I would love to, but at 6k in my pocket, it would be a steal for someone. Would love to see her go to a good, caring home!
  19. Hi there and welcome! I have mine for sale and have lowered the price recently. It's still a bit outside your budget, but if you can stretch a bit, it's a superb car. Here's the link. I'm in Bournemouth. http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/90653-for-sale-54-uk-gt-spec-blade-silver-reduced/ All the best with the hunt!
  20. Ok so think I may have been able to sort out some photos. Let me know if it works or not...
  21. In my opinion, money is a bi-product of a job. To put it simply, if you are not happy in your job, change it. Look at different jobs and see if the terms and conditions work for you. Good luck!
  22. Thanks for the comment CM. And thanks for all the bits I've had off you guys
  23. May have not, I forgot to put in on initially and then quickly rectified it!
