  1. I would say it's tasteful and doesn't make you a ricer lol. Plus, it's your car so if you like it, you go for it
  2. Sent mine off yesterday to get done. Went for perforated sides, nappa top and bottom, slightly thicker and black stitching. Basically same as Andy's minus the stitching. Was tempted to go alcantara but not sure it would go with the rest of the interior. Will post a pic on here when I get it back

Decats will fail mot due emissions. A good high flow cat shouldn't Certainly the de cat will make your exhaust louder, HFC I would guess will also make your exhaust louder but not as much.

  6. Believe it or not, this thread has helped me with a problem in my daily, thanks
  7. Ah sorry to hear about that. Beautiful car though. What happened to the car, did the insurance company write it off? On the plus side the hr is an awesome piece of kit!
  8. I think it's a case of google vs knowledge
  9. They start from Feb HARMLU Yep they run from Feb-Jan so you get the full 12 months of Zedness Dammit, and there was me thinking I could get 1/12th of the price off Looking forward to this!
  10. Any idea when they will be ready? If it's February can we get 1/12th off the price please
  11. Yeh I can't see it being in any way normal, but as Zeus said, each to their own I guess
  12. Think I'll have a few nightmares tonight!
  13. Soooo weird, never knew it even existed!
  14. Can't seem to turn the channel for some reason!?
  15. I had exact same problem, car handles great through big puddles but doesn't swim too well! Driving back from Bristol to Bournemouth on a wet night, hitting all the puddles (couldn't avoid them). Hit a mahoosive one, side skirt popped off at front (no damage fortunately), and then engine cut out. Left it for a while and started fine. A tiny drop of water in mad sensor, so dried it all out and reset the Ecu light. Sorry it doesn't answer your question, but thought I would share anyway You can't win the lottery without a ticket!
  16. +1 on the wheels in Bournemouth. Mine were done last year but not happy with the finish of them. I think they will have to be sand blasted and powder coated now You can't win the lottery without a ticket!
  17. A** holes, nothing else to say really. You can't win the lottery without a ticket!
  18. Have you got AA cover? Hopefully you got away with it this time You can't win the lottery without a ticket!
  19. If you're going to get Halfords to have a look be careful with their answer because they will probably know less than you (now) when it comes to checking oil on these things. They'll launch the dipstick out, see a big streak of oil and say it's all ok And as Neil said, if you weren't sure on the oil level, you shouldn't drive it. I take my words back if you trailered it there using a winched trailer. Just hope you had enough oil in there not to do any harm. Is your car a revup? You can't win the lottery without a ticket!
  20. Make sure you're happy with where the oil level's at. Could be a faulty a gauge or sensor, but equally it could be a low oil reading. I'm sure you know already but these engines will blow if the oil levels aren't right. The fact the gauge moved with revs would tempt me to believe that gauge is working. You've then got a potential sensor problem (I'm assuming a faulty pressure sensor would bring up a fault code), so that leaves oil. When did you last check the level when things were normal? 22. Don't know if anyone got the same video suggestions as me after, but if you did, watch the dc3 low fly by... Holy s**t! Edit: sounds awesome btw (the exhaust)! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. Apparently mine have arrived! Working away until next week, so will be looking forward to fitting them along with my tein springs and spacers! Gonna be a busy day! Will post pic on here after for what it's worth. Thanks again Ian Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
