sorry but im fully 100% the other way regarding DFS if its any leather sofa dont walk away >RUN away i have recently had very long drawn out issue with DFS leather sofa "DICE " model to be exact .happy to talk if its relavent via pm etc

In principal i would agree if called it should be done willingly but i also am self employed and run 2 business .I am the sole Income with house kids wife morgage etc and i can guarentee that the damage done to the business's in 2 to 4 weeks would be non repairable the competition would clean up . So firstly i would need to try and be excused and assume that would not be accepted but what real use would someone like me be on a jury when in person i would be present but hand on heart in all honesty would be miles away in mind thinking about my own problems with business's and probably working through the nights and weekends on a damage limitation exercise to save the business's and work.Assuming we not holed up in a hotel everynight on lockdown . fair to say it wouldnt get my best attention rightly or wrongly its just how it is

Im actually surprised that no one mentions the KIa Sportage ? its a similar crossover type 4x4 class but can be bought in the 2 wheel drive spec which is probably best unless really need the 4x drive The specs can be really good if you want leather etc with all the bit like heated front and rear seats panoramic roof ,DRL ,Xenons the go for a sportage 3 spec It beats the nissan Squashki hands down and is bigger with beter spec The wife dragged me to look at all the fords as she had a galaxy but the are all quite dated inside imo ,we tried the squashki but it felt small and the looks just didnt do it for me. I bought her the Sportage 3 diesel and she loves it so do all her friends ,theres a few husbands under pressure in the circle of friends now ...

I would also casually ask "i dont suppose it matters what type of petrol you put in thes cars " As if its a general minor query .If you asked an enthusiast or someone like me whos a complete crank i would probably give you the full on lecture about the consequences of putting low grade fuel in a car of this nature. Im not the first owner of my car but i still only ever use 98 ron fuel,and if i ever do let the wife drive it she is not allowed to put fuel in it. I also would look at the tyres as mentioned i would want to see a set of 4 matching tyres and preferably of a known brand the more expensive the tyres the more likely its has been run by someone who can afford to maintain it. If it had 4x mixed tyres of mixed make i would likely look else where tbh ,that would apply to any sport or prestige car in my book

I say Snap On tool boxs are the best but pricey ,they will however last a lifetime if looked after

my 54 plate has 80+ showing but i have owned it about 3 years and average 3k a year but its really not my main car more of a weekend in the good weather type car or in the week if i have a longer journey for business and can enjoy the drive while earning a living ,I do have the luxery of other cars to choose from so the Zed can be kept in the lifestyle she deserves.

if yoy feel brave enough to reomve your own HU from the car and do a small strip down on the bench you will be amazed to find that the complete front panel can be removed whole from your actual unit ,it can the nbe opened up and looked at or cleaned . its an easy job really just depends on your confidence and competence. the front panel is connected via contacts from memory so is cip on and off with no ribbons cables ,you might find just stripping and refitting does the job or you could try the front panel from another scrap unit as there will be no code issues as the chips for that are in the unit itself not the face panel

It was posible as i discovered to buy a new genuine bose unit from a breaker from a late preferably facelift model 350z so its as new as possible most breakers dont value the unit very highly partly due to the nats codeing so it wont swap into your car .hence they will usually take sensible cash . Then when you feeling calm and patient simply dismantle the new unit and your old unit swap out the complete cd multi unit from the case which is suprisingly easy and rebuild it into your old stereo all will work fine ,obviously provided the donor stereo was good which i will grant you is the only gamble unless it was testable first before removal. yes i have done this to mine so i know it works

I also agree ,im looking at the service level provided and the legitimate savings tax wise that my accountant can advise me on ,often a good accountant has pointed out claimable expenses i have not seen or advised of timely asset purchase or disposal etc. The accountants fees are within reason not the main attraction to use them over others

I would agree with Ricey ,tbh i dont see many 350Z going to normal car auctions ,might be a few on specific type auction days etc but not common .If you really worried the best test is is it registered to the seller at his address as no dealer i know is ever going to register a car as his and put a new keeper on it and wait for a new V5 etc if its in trade we use the yellow section which will be missing from the top right of the V5. Many of us are in the car trade but not nessacerily buying and selling cars ,i care not were or who im buying from if the car checks out as hpi clear and history ,condition .mileage etc and looks feels and drives right its all good down to price you willing to pay ,i have bought from traders and private just need to know what you are doing really

I never thought i would disscuss this kind of topic on a forum ,but strangly after reading the entire thread have done so..! I am also the older by 9 years than my wife and the main earner .We have been married for more than 10 years and together for 17 years . We have never had any joint accounts and money is never disscussed really my wife works 2 short days a week and looks after our 8yr old and 3yr old ,any money she earns is hers to do with as she pleases which would most likely be spent on the kids needs or entertainment and some of her personal needs which are few really ,she is in her thirties if it makes any difference. I run my own buisness's and earn the money ,I pay the house bills and food etc ,i would normally pay for days out or holidays ,i also provide her with a car and pay all the costs except the fuel ,If she runs out of money or things are needed she knows i will deal with it or if im not available i will have someone else deal with it . All i ask is that she does not question my need to work and knows that i may keep odd or long hours etc. Rightly or wrongly she has no idea as far as i am aware of what my or our finances are. Im probably considered old school in my views but she has no need to know the finances or the workings of my business's really. My wife loves the fact she needs not to work much and can be there for the kids and thats good for all of us

when you say center console ? i have the center console with arm rest , switches and gear surround ,but as you mention screen experiment i guess you mean the center cubby and waterfall trim ? with the 3x gauges ,if so ive let that bit go allready

I have given the kids a couple of 64G Blackberry play books as they quite strong reasonable size and spec for the £60 -80 you can buy them for since blackberry fell from grace,so dont care if they get ruined but downside is not so much apps or games etc but very good for films and tv

Me its about 2 and a half years since i bought it and have no intention to sell ,Ive never been bored with it still love the look of it, although i do have other cars to use i allways find my self in the 350z, unless i need me seats on that day,although on average it only gets 3000 miles a year use
