I remember that oil engineer bloke Cesar saying that an engine is fully protected by the oil within about 10 seconds of starting at flat out RPM......its the other components that need to warm up He wrote a really good piece on it but I reckon its been lost over the annals of time

Over £400 for backbox, £180 for middle section. is there a SS complete, 'keep it standard' insurance friendly, system (incl manifolds) available - no additional power - same noise level etc? Doesn't matter about power apparently. The very fact your using an SS system is a mod. Even when it's bizarrely far more expensive to replace with OEM. In fact the very daft you use anything that isn't OEM or blueprint of OEM is a mod. Utter utter insurance bollocks.
