  1. what other games do you play and have you had any issues with those? I expect the graphical rendering demands will be pretty high with this sort of game and your graphics, be it onboard or seperate card, will be seriously underpowered to run the game.
  2. My car is too old for the plate anyway
  3. I decided that my maps from 2009 were in need of an update So I found the required files floating around on the internet, accquired them and put them onto a SD Card. Then went to delete the MAP and POI folders on the F900BT Then copied to new files on Was a bit worried that they might not work, so kept a backup just in case, but I needn't have worried All working Now up to date with TomTom 2011 Q4 maps Only thing is that the F900BT has limited space on it's internal HDD and won't be able to fit the entire catalog of EU maps, so was just a matter of picking which ones were essential (like consider whether you will actually drive in Latvia, Finland or Norway, etc.)
  4. Unless you can figure out what exactly it is he did on his thread viewtopic.php?f=27&t=61360
  5. You need Buster to show you how to do his mod, which eliminates the need for boosters
  6. Bob, you'll need to do a proper guide/tutorial on this. After reading this several times, I still don't know what cables you snipped and where you actually connected them to. All I can get is that you are by-passing the Bose amp altogether and going to the speakers directly. Unless I missed something
  7. Bob had left before i took it off He will know when he reads this I belive it to be a Mastergrade CF roof overlay, dunno what I'm doing with it - but it is NOT in perfect condition - I can get some pics if your intrested? All comes down to what you want for it. I guess a pack of Milk Chocolate Hobnobs won't quite do
  8. Is that a Mastergrade CF roof overlay? Are you getting rid? Has Bob already dibbed?
  9. You have two quality components and one not so quality, perhaps you need to seek out a replacement for after the Y-Pipe...
  10. Yeah, just K2, y-pipe back, nothing else apart from a popcharger up front, and an UpRev tune
  11. TBH, I know where you are both coming from. Had a K1 before to replace a blown OEM, when that novelty wore off (plus me feeling bad returning from nightshifts at 4am) I got a K2, which is still on the car until I can afford something decent. To the OP, have you tried going to an exhaust fabricator like Longlife or such? Pretty sure they could possibly have some off the shelf or even make you a pair. Or measure the inside diameter of the exhaust tips and seach for baffles accommodating the size
  12. I found that the best baffles for the JapSpeed K1 involve mechanical and permanent exhaust modification. First jack the car up so you gain access to underneath the Zed. Once secured, remove the endcan sections. Then move on to the mid section and detach from the y-pipe. Now comes the important bit. With the midsection and endcans removed, you can now set about fitting any exhaust you like, Scorpion, Cobra, Milltek, etc.
  13. Dunno what all the fuss is about, especially when someone can complete it in 12 hours http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/2012- ... -3-already
  14. When running the F900BT through the Bose Amp, you won't be able to control the sub independently using the HU's subwoofer controls. The OEM HU is grounded through the OEM loom, correct
  15. BTW, I followed this guide to the letter and it worked, all I did change was the steering wheel adapter cable from the 29-007 to the 29-020, which is the newer updated one viewtopic.php?t=19787
  16. did you splice the Ground wire on the aftermarket loom?
  17. Prolly no better than an iPad 3......
  18. Remember this? viewtopic.php?f=34&t=21516
  19. Made me kinda think of this: Are we mere robots....?
  20. You should post on the "Spotted & Flyered" section and see if you get a response
  21. Isn't this a MY06 bumper but the lip is MY03? Yup, looks like it. What Sarnie means is that you have a facelift bumper and the lip is for a pre-facelift bumper, so won't fit
