  1. I tried that Yesterday with a water butt I have in the garden, and it kinda works. I guess since I plonked the hose from the top it didn't create the usual pressure, so I didn't even think about snowfoaming. But then I saw this http://www.karcheroutlet.co.uk/products ... sp?id=4982 Kärcher Water Butt pump!!! At £40 surely a worthy investment Ordered one and will report back on performance
  2. Tilt & Shift where it makes it look like a toy, works even better from an elevated angle so it fakes the view onto a toy effect
  3. Are you serious????? Thought you had it all sorted out many moons ago *tut* *tut* Martin, when will tickets with stand passes be mailed out, or are you gonna hand them out at the Travel Inn? We could just all meet there anyway and make a convoy as the complete representation of the forum and show everybody how good we look
  4. She's a narcisistic woman in her mid 40's that craves attention so much she dresses up as some sort of marvel comics reject. Its incredibly bizarre in a very sad sort of way. Textbook definition of midlife crisis...
  5. Luke: All right, I'll give it a try. Yoda: No. Try not. Do... or do not. There is no try. [using the Force, Yoda effortlessly frees the X-Wing from the bog] Luke: I don't, I don't believe it. Yoda: That is why you fail.
  6. I have the skirts and rear spats on mine and they are perfect fit out of the box. To be honest nobody should buy these because as far as I know nobody else in the UK has these in CF fitted to their Zed  (pics were taken before Zed was lowered)
  7. Hmm, I'll live with it for now until I get an overtime in or something. But I will deffo get it from you Alex, thanks
  8. Nope, ratchet straps are bad, they cut into the skin and leave tool marks for the CSIs. To properly stop bodies from moving about, kill sufficient bodies to fill up entire boot space, job done. Be sure to line the boot with plastic sheeting tho, blood is a pain to get out of the carpet Unfortunately my boot is too small to fit a body in, but i suspect the tardis storage compartment where the roof folds in would happily fit one in there.... No no no no... The folding roof compartment a total no no, you could leave trace in there. The reason of plastic sheeting was obvious I thought, you chop the body up into manageable pieces to maximise space efficiency.
  9. This. Not being funny or nothin, but can't you two do that already?

  11. Ah sweet! I was told by another friend that the currently advertised speeds were already the upgraded ones, but if another upgrade is on the horizon then this is getting better and better . My other mate was recently upgraded from 20mb to 40mb, so I guess that means he'll be doubling up too then
  12. I guess that makes sense. How much gold into your palm sir for the pleasure
  13. The plastic strap on my filler cap has finally snapped. Anybody have one on their spares inventory? Zmanalex? R35LEE? Where art thou?
  14. So any chance of getting a double up in speed on my 60 Meg in a few months time? And can you get Usain Bolt to do my installation? (Only want a photo opportunity really as I don't think he'd be any good at installing)
  15. Why? So after all that, you have non plain ones too! Lol. Well, they were on offer cheap, so I kinda had to get them. I don't actually remember whether I bought them off a member here or whether it was from CS, but they were cheaper than Recommended Retail Price of standard plain ones. You got them from me a few years ago, Mark, soon after HEL released them... And you did a deal on them, right? Like an introductory offer or something. All I know is that a member on here had a hand in designing them, was dcash5 if I remember correctly.

  17. There you go then BTW, my HEL lines are a limited edition Carbon Fibre finish
  18. They just add 'feel' to the brakes, before I got them fitted I found the brake a bit vague and spongy really.... It won't matter what colour you get really, because unless you intend to clean them every week, they all end up looking the same....dirty Well I do tend to clean my car twice a week. And do you tend to jack up the car twice a week to take the wheels off and clean behind the caliper where the lines sit?

  20. Oh god forbid you have to get up and press the power button... It's when i fast forward or rewind something, and it gets stuck and rewinds the whole damn program. I cant describe how infuriating this is!!!! Again, that's why I have opted for a broadband biased package Download stuff, stick it on a portable drive, plug into USB port on telly and voila, done
  21. My only 'luxury' is the 1k I spent on my speakers and subs I think you only get in to the territory you are talking about when you go for bodykits with the associated spraying and wheels etc... thats when it starts to get painful in the pocket Most of mine has been consumables - Exhaust was knackered after 72k, although I did buy 2 Cats were corroded, got them welded then saw some 2nd hand Berks Wheels & Calipers were in a sorry state so got powder coated So apart from all the interior stuff most of which I have done myself I guess its the ICE & the upRev / plenum.... The old girl is having a bit of work done next week though Volk Alloys + Varis Bonnet + Varis front lip + ChargeSpeed skirts & spats = already over half the cars value add UpRev, exhaust, ICE and other misc stuff...

  23. I don't watch that much TV you see, mainly for me it's the broadband. My full bill after the 6 month period will be £46 a month UFC stuff I usually grab them from the dark corners of tinterweb
  24. Well, I am fed up with BT, and it's not that I am that far from my local exchange either. I used to get fairly close to the advertised "up to 16 Meg" speed with 14 Meg, but it's the drops that annoy me the most (especially when playing Modern Warfare 3, whilst being on a high killstreak, lol) Now since I have phoned BT and gave them my 30 days notice, I'm down to 9 Meg. April 24th can't come soon enough (which is the actual install date), really looking forward to 60 Meg My mate who has been with them since forever did warn me though. He said if I went over a certain limit during peak hours, Virgin would throttle my speed. I asked to what? "50%" he says. I just said if thats the worst that will happen, thats still three times faster than what I'm getting now anyway, so it's win-win in my book Yes, got TiVo My package was for: - Basic TV services, which included free TiVo box and service - Basic Phone package, which includes Unlimited Weekend calls to landlines and certain numbers - XL Broadband, which is the medium one at 60Meg. 6 months BB at half price, plus went to the Virgin online shop via a link from Top Cash Back and got an additional £62 cashback. I love a good deal
