  1. That kind of budget, you could get some 18" XXR wheels, even staggered (SRB Power sell them) with correct PCD of 114.3 and good offsets. http://www.srbpower.com/products/XXR-52 ... HROME.html http://www.srbpower.com/products/XXR-52 ... BLACK.html
  2. I thought that was you I see driving out in the morning, I am in engineering on E shift. Ah, I see. Didn't know there was an E-Shift, guess engineering has a different shift pattern to us in the Container Division
  3. I got an OEM one with a broken flange
  4. I bought mine privately in Coventry, did look at another one before that in Bognor Regis. And my mpg to Felixstowe is usually overshadowed by gpm (Grins Per Mile), but usually I get 24 - 26 mpg
  5. Fug is that me by any chance And BulletMagnet you dont happen to be a fellow docker do you? Yes I am actually C-Shift B-Op
  6. I'm gonna keep my eye out on other "bargain" Zeds to be in with a shot of a finders fee  Just gotta find one that's a bargain AND has something I want off it......and of course appeal to you mechanically
  7. It does look shiny in the sun tho, but am I missing something? The side skirts and front lip look standard, all I can see is the WALD rear bumper and wing
  8. Did Bob take just the HU or is he coming back for the rest of the ICE?
  9. Saw two today. One on M25 heading clockwise approaching Hemel turnoff and then later another going southbound on A12, one roadster and one coupe
  10. I'd consider that if I could work out the price! It says £47 per single but also mentions "50 pieces per pallet" - if that's £47 per 1.2m square that's bloody expesnive to do a room/flat/house! Well, they do say silence is golden.....
  11. Well, it was kinda my fault really. Remember back when I used Bilberry neat on them and thus basically destroyed the protective layer? If I hadn't done that, then I guess they'd still be in their original condition today
  12. +1 People, please take a minute and do some maths. 1 litre of Greased Lightning = £19.99 1 bulk container of Megs Last Touch (3.78 litres) = £28.45 Once you dilute the Last Touch to 1:1 you effectively doubled the amount to over 7 litres, which ends up being around £4 per litre 7 litres of Greased Lightning = £139.93 I'm sticking to Megs Last Touch
  13. Thank you. Just need to refresh my CF bonnet now. got some odd spots and have 2000 grit ready, just gotta find a nice day to do it on.
  14. Shame the spoiler is so narrow, looks tall too. Unless the Bus-Key duo can cut it in half and widen it
  15. When covering the dash, please remember the passenger airbag
  16. And put them in the walls to help with future problems Nah, bad idea. All it take is a hot summer and natural decomposition......
  17. Just a heads up, my Volks are bare metal, no anodization layer to protect anymore (Volks lips aren't laquered btw) You should check whether its actually corrosion or hard watermarks and then use a claybar to see if it will shift
  18. I'm still waiting for someone to use the Hexis Alligator skin wrap on something.....
  19. Seeing as the temps are starting to rise again, the winter rubber needed to be taken off and the Volks put back on. But since I attended the Grasshopper Meet with the Volks on and then swapping them back without much cleaning, I had some tarnished lips (yet again ) Added the Britemax Metal Twins to a recent order at i4detailing (Last Touch Detailer was running out ) And I gotta say, I am impressed how well it worked. Before After Sealed with Poorboys Wheel Sealant Thanks for looking
  20. A good outdoor cover should be lined on the inside to prevent scratches and also be breathable
