  1. Remove bugs before clay bar. Use something like Meguiars All Purpose Cleaner for stubborn insect carcasses.
  2. Motordyne Shockwave also worth a consideration?

  5. It was pretty damn wet. But who knows. It now stinks inside of dirty water too. The repairers have been into touch today letting me know they will start there estimate and get back to me in the next couple of days. Let's hope things move quickly. This wet?
  6. Mine after a refurb last year But you'd struggle to get these with a £900 budget I'm afraid.
  7. Chris is right, dyno time needs to be added. I had UpRev done then had it on the dyno and mapped for my aftermarket exhaust and popcharger.
  8. I paid about £350 for my UpRev with Abbey a couple of years back.
  9. I can see the use for these in a Taxi, but in a 2-seater coupe? Don't you think a car thief would notice a big black box on suction cups and just rip it off and throw it out the window?
  10. Uprev £260? I thought they were more £400+?? Easy way to find out for sure is to ring the UpRev Tuners themselves
  11. Torque settings are in that .pdf file, I think it was on page 34 also
  12. Just paint a line over the spline and arm so you know where it lines up, simples

  14. OP, get one hack it and install into centre console
  15. Well according to the pic it should lead "To Water Outlet"
  16. Be that a lesson to you, now keep some quick detailer and 3 microfibre cloth in the boot at ALL TIMES
  17. Go for Berks HFC and a JapSpeed K1.....
  18. Had a nice symmetrical number today
  19. The Google pic the OP posted doesn't show the full layout of the road tho. I've circled the bit the OP has taken a screenshot of, he could add the paths of travel if he wishes. I still say applying brakes would have been an option...
  20. I'd use this oppertunity to buy a new set of wheels, but that's me I guess. I know that road too (off the A12 going to A120 towards Stansted, right?), so many people there place thier vehicle wrongly for the exits on that part. Just take it on the chin and forget about it. it's only a scuffed wheel. not like she made you hit the curb and flip the car over. Did you not have the option to step on the brakes and let her go rather than cutting you off?
  21. rtbiscuit had a guide on here once, but don't know where it went, but in it you couls see how deep it goes into the bumper. There was also mentioning that if you had a FMI, then it would be a no go, but then i have seen a vid where somebody has fitted with a FMI in place, but it does look kinda odd.
