  1. The information we have so far is that this will be a parade lap showing off the 40 years of the Z through to the 370Z, plus the success of the GTR and its predecessors. In all a show of Nissans/Datsuns sporting heritage. The provisional order we have been made aware of is: 200 series Zs R32 Skylines Z31s + Z32s R33 Skylines 350Zs R34 Skylines GTRs 370Zs More details to follow as and when received
  2. Out at the moment, just need to clarify a couple of things and can post up.
  3. He must be doing some painting then.. Jay - open the window.
  4. 20mm front and 25mm rear. Note though, I am running standard suspension / ride height. heres the visual difference they made at those sizes: Front Before: Front After: Rear Before: Rear After:
  5. Not that Im aware of - it handles just fine, and Ive no issue of wear on tyres and or bearings - but Ive probably only done 3-4k since fitting the spacers, and Im no track driver or pedal to the metal everywhere driver, so Im not in a position to judge how the car reacts when pushed to the limits with or without spacers. If I recall, Big Phill ran 50mm spacers on the rear of his and it never missed a beat, thats what he said to me when I was making spacer enquiries when I was at his garage just over a year ago.
  6. Im running 20mm front and 25mm rear.
  7. Had to close this now guys as far as pre-order tickets go. We still have another 3 spaces left on the plot, but any confirming after this point will need to pay on the day and we can refund £6 for Sunday Tickets and £10 for weekend tickets off the gate price - i.e. For anyone confirming or joining now, it makes Sunday tickets now £9 via the club if you pay on the gate and have the car on the stand. We will of course need to know in advance just incase we need to grow our plot
  8. Correct - the LSD is the issue, if one wheel is fixed and the other rotated quite a bit, it will try to wind the driveshaft using the diff. Not good. Decelerometer should be used on a road brake test.
  9. Ian / Nurrish Are you coming in one car or a Z each? If its a car each Ill split the names out on the thread as we need to know how many car spaces will be needed for the stand

  12. There is no easy way of subscribing to every section at once. Though I would not reccommend it even if you could. Between May and June, we averaged almost 600 posts per day. It has got busier since then too. Without checking the stats more thoroughly, I cant be certain on the number of new topics per day, but the search of active topics in the last 1 day brings up over 130 matches. In short, you will get a LOT of email. Erring on the side of caution I can't see this being less than 5000 emails per week.
  13. Have seen this car in the flesh at the Jaguar heritage museum a couple of weeks ago. To say it is "slightly" modified from a standard car would be a bit of an understatement. I dont believe the standard car has the option for a parachute brake for a start.
  14. Ideally we need confirmations by the end of today or early tomorrow - as the order for tickets will be submitted at this time 1. H5 - confirmed 2. Dunker 3. Scott 4. Chilli Red +1 - confirmed 5. Martin W - confirmed 6. BulletMagnet - confirmed 7. Harman350z +1 - confirmed 8. Muttley 9. rtbiscuit - confirmed 10.coopers86 11. MrLizard 12. MadMarky +1 13. Adriank (possibly +1) 14. rayrrr 15. Cavey - confirmed
  15. Race ya! I may sticker a camper van in Tasmania.
  16. Back now from the cs meet, got a free afternoon so am working on the pics I have accumulated now
  17. hows about this - code is : shrug : (without the spaces)
  18. It just has to have a letter Z in there somwhere.. Hows about for a boy: Zach or Zacharia/Zachary or even Zeus. There is actually the Hebrew name Zed - but I think thats taking the theme a bit too far For a Girl: Zara, Zoe, Elizabeth, Hazel etc. Great names and the Z commemorates how you met..
  19. Yeh yeh... Ill make an effort tonight to get these done - got to sort out the ones for Vince and the Z club trophy winners too
  20. The message button should show up all the time unless the resolution of the screen you are using is very low - this will cause the buttons on the right to overide/overlap the message button - causing its dissapearance. The only other posibility is that you are reading the forum while not actually logged in. This will also mean no message button will be seen in the menu too. Thats the only reason for that button not displaying.
