  1. As long as people are signed up and make the payment by the 23rd (so we have time to get the stand confirmed) then the 50% dicount applies to the advance ticket price. I.e Price for Sunday only is £6, and price for weekend ticket is £10.
  2. That would be ours (mine and Tracy's). The front and sides are GReddy, the rear is speedracing. I have clearance issues with the outer edges of the front lip. Anything steep or typical speedhumps will catch if not taken with care, but it is polyeurathane, so it stands up fairly well to any knocks. I scraped it twice on the hoon when I hit a pothole and when taking a sharp incline a bit to fast - but other than that its not that bad compared to others. If the car was lowered I would have lots more clearance issues.
  3. As an update - tickets to this show are now discounted by 50% for members of 350z-uk.com. People will need to have their name on the list by Wednesday 23rd Sept, denoted if they want weekend or Sunday only tickets and have paid the 50% price in advance (donate button is fine, just post up when you have done so it can be verified). Offer is limited to the first 20 tickets including the +1's 1. M350ZB 2. Chesterfield +1 3. Muddy 4. Shire 5. nurrish
  4. If you add your names to the list we can organise a club stand - then tickets will be bought by the club and individuals can reimburse the club via the donation button at the top or in person at the show. Can people add their names to the list asap for this as we will need to provide numbers to the organisers very shortly. 1. M350ZB 2. Chesterfield 3. Ian 4. Muddy 5. Shire
  5. Dont ask for one of these in Scotland unless you are in Glasgow. It appears to be quite the insult to ask for one of these in a chip shop outside Glasgow. Carting a Mars bar round with you to every other establishment in the area that sells battered products, such as fish, and asking them if they will batter said Mars bar for you, is also frowned upon, just so you know.
  6. The show under vinces bonnet gets better every year! good evening tonight chatting with folk, and looking forward to the day tomorrow!
  7. Aye - but you cant live in a fezza or db9. At least thats what Tracy tells me anyway. I reckon you could if you tried.
  8. We had a rays alloy replaced on the roadster as part of an insurance claim with direct line. The Rays were not standard acros the range at the time, and were an option on the roadster. Direct Line replaced the wheel without question. Hardly a major test case, but at least its something.
  9. Hi Guys and Girls - got back about 6pm yesterday and promptly fell asleep Thanks to Stew for arranging such a great drive - and a full days driving it was too! Excellent! Thanks Jayne for the cakes!! Ricky and Karren for being great housemates and putting up with my insistence of getting a battered mars bar from somewhere! Martin and Liz, Thanks for the hospitatility suite and bbq! Garry for pouring a JD and coke which was strong enough to keep diluting with coke all night! Vikki for sharing in my entertaining the trainspotters (choo choo). Nixy, Markie and Jay for being quiet neighbours! Kenny an Dawn for showing us that all you need to keep up with a Z over Applecross is a 1.7l Diesel Thanks also to John, Paul(s), Derek and everyone else for joining the drive out on the Sunday. 10. There are a few of us that have now arrived safe and well after a great follow on trip from the overnight stay in Moffat - taking in some great scenery along the drive from Moffat to Fort Augustus today. 11. If at any time you have set your preference to always hide your online status, this will not revert back until you physically log off and log back in again. To check your status, go to the "User control panel" (top left) click "board preferences" set "hide my online status" to "no" click "submit". once you have done this you will need to log out (button on right on top menu). Then log back in again and it should be working and showing you as online now when you are here

  13. Hmm - very strange. When I load the map in a new window I cant see a pin for you at your location at great yarmouth. Will make some investigations and see if there is anything that can be done to update this member map.
  14. Im sure its in the game where you can buy different body parts. Either that or I may have won a special edition in one of the career races and just resprayed it. Ill try and remember to send you a copy to your gamertag later. Still cant get a stubby though. And it needs spacers.
  15. I will try and make it my friend, but I have a lot on and it may be that I am moving home on that day, but no dates for that known just yet. If I get to know the dates soon then Ill be able to confirm on a number of meets Id like to attend. Would be nice to get on a calendar worthy shot too
  16. Most probably, as it will have been assigned an age related plate as part of the import process. You could put a private plate on your car, but you couldn't take the plate you currently have on the car and put it on another car of the same age or place it on retention. Edit - beaten by stew - yes thats the reason for the non transferable. Its stops people selling on age related plates for older vehicles that could be valuable. i.e. say I have a 1930's car, and it is on its original plate of three letters and one number. I put that registration on retention and then put it on my Z. Nice posh plate on the Z. As part of putting that plate on retention, the DVLA would have to issue another age specific plate for the 1930's car. If they did not make it non transferable, then I could do the same again, put it on retention and then flog it. As these type of plates will be valuable, there could be good money in it if done over and over... So the DVLA mak the replacement plate for the old car non transferable, so it stops this from happening.
  17. A group shot of the cars outside the cafe would be great for the calendar Should be a great meet
  18. Dont worry nixy, you can make all the troubles go away by helping martin, others and I build our beer can pyramid Not that we take the job of building a beer can pyramid seriously, but you can be cheif architect Unfortunately construction supervisor and site manager have already been taken
  19. Standard is the best option imho. The red stripe and pieces at the rear matches the light and fits in well.
  20. You can always put yourself on the list and advise us nearer the cut off date for ticket orders. That way you can take advantage of the discount, and should you unfortunately not be able to make it, we can pass the ticket onto number 16 in the list, assuming there is 16 on the list at the time
