Actually, that exact car was recently on sale on eBay for £7k. A colleague is/was looking into a 350Z after I gave him a lift in mine and I found this car - think I even said to him "buy the car then sell the wheels to get a wedge back".

 

Not bad £2k mark up!

I've got these on my car when I bought it, could do with a refurb - I knew they were an optional extra but didn't know they were worth anything like that....

This car is advertised on Gumtree etc for over £8k and the guy expects the car to be worth similar money without them on!!!

I do love the LMGT4's and am always on the look for a good set at a reasonable price, but 2k seems a lot... especially since you could get a whole Zed for a few grand more!

Bit expensive! Wonder what tyres are on them. If I sell my satin black LMGT4's with 452s on I'd be asking for much less than that, good luck to him if he gets £2k for them though!

This guy is a rip off merchant. I saw 2 Zed's that he had for sale when I was looking back in June 2012, both were WAY overpriced and he just wouldn't budge

 

EDIT - he wants £9k for the car, a 54 plate with 63k miles on it dreaming much?!

They're not that rare really, you see plenty of them about but it's true that they don't come up for sale very often. I guess most owners leave them on the car when they sell up?
