Mirrored rear lights - opinions please

Opinions please - I can't make my mind up - going on a ginger Zed with Black Rays

Brilliant so in my mind I was thinking these could look cool but I don't want to look like a chav.........and what responses do a get! A perfect split between cool and chav!

if you want tinted lights just get em covered in a smoke film like mind.I had it done for a dam sight cheap then replacement lights and its easily remove if you change your mind later.

Look good on Buster's Zed Visibility would be my only concern.

They look very nice in fairness mate........although they seem to be a bit more fancy dan LED jobbies than the standard efforts we've got on.

 

Think I'll leave it.....£150 on something thats potentially shash/illegal seems like bad business.

Busters lights look like the 06 onwards facelift cluster covered in film. Those smoked lights on EBay look like 06 replicas or maybe a variant of the 06 look, they're very nice, not too dark , that company also does them in plain. I'd like to see some pics of these fitted (smoked or plain) if anyone has them.

Mine started life as the clear jdm cluster but i was unsure of the look once fitted.

Seen them before and they dont suit the car once they are on. If you want smoked lights, go for a light tint film, that way when the cops stop you, its easily removed and you dont get in trouble

hi buster i have the 06 replica rear lights fitted. they are the tinted ones that you want to see fitted. if you look under the gia cuzzo replica spoiler link that i had with calzed and sparky 350z you will see photos of the tinted ones. they are excellent quality. you can also see them in the z gallery. think its page 15 now under VEILSIDE Z

That was the only reason to be honest - nice mod but a very popular one.......still its better to look the same than it is to look utter gash.

 

I think Carla wants to keep the Black theme going on now the wheels are done.

 

I'll have a think.......might wait till after Xmas. Thanks for the piccies though everyone.
