Z370Z Posted April 28, 2016 Share Posted April 28, 2016 This email explains things a bit better Bookings are still flooding in for both club and individual displays so we are leaving them open for a few more days before we start sending out passes! We will officially close display car bookings on Friday 29th April at 5.30pm We will then complete the site plan before sending out all passes on Tuesday (3rd May). We will also include any purchased track passes, passenger pass vouchers and relevant paperwork with your car pass (as well afree Japday stickers of course!). Please remember that your car pass allows entry for the car, driver & up to 3 passengers, none of which will require additional admission wristbands so long as they enter the show in the display vehicle. Passes cannot be used as an individual admission ticket at the public foot gates. Full instructions will of course be sent out with your pass Final Booking Details Display Booking deadline - Friday 29th April at 5.30pm No changes will be accepted after this date All passes will be sent to the address provided All track passes will be sent at the same time (if you have not already received them) Please note: this is a Japanese Car Show and only Japanese cars should be on display Latest Show News FREE Children's entertainment - let the kids loose on a selection of inflatable rides and games in our dedicated play area for FREE! (Don't forget there's no event admission charge for under 17s either!) We've reinstated the SPECIAL PRICE TRACK TIME deal for display car drivers from today until Friday 29th April at 5.30pm - BOOK Track Time & Passenger Passes are also still available to buy at advance prices - BUY Any questions don't hesitate to give us a shout!
