Just a teaser heres the guys i want to plasti dip the car:

Only works if you got fb i think.

It's a pity the stuff isn't shiny/reflective otherwise for me it would be perfect (and easy to do yourself).

I get my plasti from http://matt-pack.co.uk/ - it's the proper US stuff (definitely better than EU) - just to note they also do spraying as well

It is ahiney reflective they do gloss finish now you not see?

From what I recall it's not like painted shine but fine on wheels.

I'll have a butchers again bud

Loving the build - hurry up ;)

EDIT:

Just looking and saw the 'high gloss' product, as the 'glossifier' just adds a slight sheen, no reflection as such.

However that high gloss looks pretty decent on this (still not the same but getting there):

Plastidip...... Let's hope you don't spend all that money to get it done then dribble petrol next time you fill up

Didn't even think if that lol

Neither did I until I sprayed my Chrome Filler on the jeep, looked great until I went to get some fuel . . it then looked crap. I only dribbled a little bit, the Petrol melted through with ease.

Needless to say I peeled it all off and its now sprayed in Truck Bed Liner . . and tough as old boots.

You can buy a dip guard (essently a piece of rubber lol), that goes over the filler and protects from any drips,

I cant find any UK sellers and the plasti dip one is £12 + P+P :scare:

Hey Bradders it's looking good glad you did the engine bay while you had the chance I've been keeping an eye on this thread it's nice to see some real work being done not just the same old exhaust ,air filter and a few shiny bits :)
