  1. Yes mate, I have preowned cables in stock. If you want to try going down again from the window with a slim jim or similar, then this schematic may help you on your fishing trip.
  2. The cable tug has allways worked for me but you have to get the bonnet bounce in sync with the tug. If you break the small quarter glass then you will have to replace with brand new as they can not be removed without damage to the clips or seal so preowned is not an option. Try the cable tug again. Alex.
  3. Joe, I can help you with preowned standard oem front and rear shocks and standard springs. All in stock and good to go same/next day. Just drop me PM if I can help you further. Alex.
  4. First step is to make sure that you have fitted the correct cluch kit. Thereafter I would be making sure that all the air is out the system. Finally, replace the slave and master if all else fails. Alex.
  5. Have you fitted the correct clutch kit, bearing and flywheel.? Is the clutch fork secured properly ? Did you swop out the pivot ball pin ? I am assuming that your car is a DE and not HR. Alex.
  6. No desperation to sell, never has been and never will. The buyer contacted me and paid for the items before the OP had even messaged me. I get so many enquiries that it is impossible to wait for peeps to get back to me. Some peeps take days to get back in touch, however I hear what you are saying and I agree that in this instance perhaps it got a bit messy. Alex.
  7. Unfortunately this happens quite a lot, however I am sure peeps will understand that due to the amount of enquiries I receive, I feel obliged to sell to the person who pays first, however I understand how frustrating this can be to the OP. The person who actually bought them contacted me within 2 minutes of my post. Also, I received a further 4 enquiries within the next hour of my post. I usually have more than just 1 item and can usually satisfy demand, however in this instance I only had the one set. Alex.
  8. I have preowned in stock at the moment for 350Z. Drop me a pm if I can help you further Alex
  9. Vik: One word springs to mind: "Dementia" Hope that you had a joyful Christmas Vickeee and wishing you a peaceful and prosperous 2014 Alex.
  10. Looks like Bose to me. What is printed on the front of the cassette flap ? Alex.
  11. Still has to be divorced from donor vehicle on removal. Alex.
  12. You can't miss it. It is at the top and is clipped to the inner wing. Release it from the clips and give it a good tug, trying not to stretch it. Also get some one to perhaps push down on the bonnet at the same to time to facilitate the release.
  13. You do require the car jacked up, but you should manage to reach the cable with the wheel on, however it would be much easier with the wheel off.
  14. PM received and replied to: You should be in by now. Alex.
  15. If the missfire is evident on tick over, then all you have to do is unplug the coil packs one by one till you find the demon. You would have to have done this to establish which coil pack to move in the first place to check if the missfire followed the coil pack. Then it is a simple case of eliminating the coil pack, plug, compression issue, injector, in that order. However code po300 is a random missfire and could be related to numerous other things, but the above is a simple starting point. Alex.
  16. If noticable on tick over the missfire should be very easy to trace without guesswork as that can be expensive. Did the original missfire follow the coil pack swop ? Alex.
  17. Is the missfire evident on tick over ? If so what cyl was missfiring initially ? What cyl is now missfiring since you swopped over the coil pack ? Alex.
  18. Welcome to the forum Benny. PM received and replied to. Alex.
  19. The factory ecu can be retained and tuning can be done with Up Rev. Contact Abbey Motorsport. Alex.
  20. You will require quite a few other bits and pieces over and above the parts that you have mentioned and the following come to mind but the list is not exhaustive. Clutch fork and bearing. Clutch hydraulic lines Gearbox cross member Gearbox linkage Gearbox shifter and knob. Centre console Complete pedal box assembly Engine/Gearbox complete wiring loom Gearbox and clutch fluids. All parts to carry out this conversion including the parts that you have listed are in stock and good to go same/next day. Alex.
  21. The oil from the failed seal on the rocker cover can not get on to the tip of the plug. Trace the missfire to what cyl it is, and swop over the coil pack to see if the missfire follows. Plenty preowned coil packs in stock if required. Alex.
  22. Chill man:  Sounds like you have a bit of an attitude: You are fairly new on here, however if you want peoples help and advice on here, I would cool it just a bit. Alex.
  23. Welcome aboard Richard and wishing you a joyful Christmas and a peaceful and prosperous 2014. Alex
