Just the one is the answer to your question. Both motors should eventually come on when sitting stationery and this test can be done in your driveway. Also the motors are easy to check if you find that they are not kicking in. Alex.

Yes that is true, HFC's can trigger the EML, however you will still require the code to get an informed diagnoses. Alex.

I would recommend that you remove the discs and inspect them on the bench where you can get a proper look at the inside face. For all you know the slots may just be filled with pad compound and you may find that they are not as badly worn as you think. At the same time as CMS has said, check all the pistons in the calipers, however I do not think that this will be your issue. Perhaps a case of "should have went to Spec Savers" Alex.

Should not use coolant, however the level will change in the expansion tank as the coolant temperature increases and decreases. The coolant level should only be checked when cold and at that time should be on the maximum mark. Alex.
