Think about it mate.
I always fit genuine Nissan when it comes to this stuff.
Very easy to loosen the crank pulley bolt if you lock the fly (special tool)
However if you do not have the tool then the breaker bar trick always works 100% of the time..
If you are planning to clean the throttle bodies, do not move the butterflys until you have disconnected the throttle bodies, the battery and the ECU.
Even with these disconnected I have heard reports of ECUs still getting corrupted so be warned.
I think that it is on the combination meter.
I think that the signal comes from the ABS sensor and hooks up by CAN to the speedo.
