  2. I would start with the tyres. What brand are you using front and rear? What cold pressures are you running? What are the tread depth?
  3. Colin, Fully working pre owned motors and regs are in stock and good to go same/next day. Just drop me a PM if I can help further. Alex.
  4. Buy from Mitz at CS, you won't go wrong: http://cougarstore.co.uk/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=2_16&products_id=205 http://cougarstore.co.uk/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=2_16&products_id=204
  5. That should be a fairly cheap fix. New slave, line and fluid is less than £100.00 and a preowned PAS pump will be circa £50.00. A couple of hours labour and you should be good as new.
  6. Sounds like a PAS pump failure and also the clutch slave cyl. What year and model is your car? These are normal wear and tear items on the 350 and not too disastrous.
  7. I have both genuine and replica in stock. However the genuine is just a basic, standard average 3m vinyl whereas the replica is a top of the range Oracal 951 which is a far superior vinyl.
  8. Plenty in stock. Just drop me a PM if this is what you are after.
  9. 6pk circa 1153 should be fine.
  10. to the forum.
  11. That is your compression rod bushing and is definitely an MOT failure. It is a wear and tear item and is a common failure. New bushings are in stock but you will require a commercial press to remove and refit the bushing. Also in stock are new arms complete with bushings and ball joints, which is the easier option. Just drop me a PM if I can help further. Alex.
  12. to the forum Scott.
  13. That will be down to you as what is one man's food is another man's poison. The leather heated seats are very heavy and that would be a great weight saving. Also loads of trim stuff that you could bin.
  14. Lose as much car weight as is practical is always a win.
  15. No, it does not, you are misinformed. The block exemption ruling put paid to that monopoly.
  16. Plenty genuine Nissan UK wings in stock: Choice of colour. Collection only. Just drop me a PM if I can help further.
  17. Then perhaps you should be venting your anger at the garage who took so long to diagnose this for you. This fault is much more common then you would believe and is quite a straight forward diagnoses for the informed garages. However, as you say, the main thing is that it is sorted, so go and enjoy your car.
  18. Clutch components and Dual Mass Flywheels are wear and tear items. I think that you have done very well getting 13 years out of these parts. I think that it is a bit harsh criticising LUK. Also “Burn” weld marks are to be expected during the manufacture of the LUK DMF.
  19. to the forum. The Jap nav cannot be changed to English I am afraid. Bin it, and fit aftermarket.
  20. Then you got lucky if you did not disconnect the above.
  21. That is typical banana arm symptoms as the knock is usually only heard on rough surfaces at low speed. Unfortunately, worm ball joints on the banana arm cannot be detected in the usual manner (visually, on a ramp with a pry bar) If nothing else is showing signs of wear, it will be the banana arm ball joint giving you the knock. Plenty in stock if required, Just drop me a PM if I can help further. Alex.
  22. They are made of metal so virtually bullet proof.
