  1. Is that a dig at me old bean? Not at all fella, just the first two random ones that came into my head for comedy effect.
  2. Someone drew a snow willy on my MX-5 the other week, made me giggle when I came home to find it like that
  3. They started that about 6-8 months ago, just a name change and a bit more gloss really. My address stays as hotmail.com, though.
  4. NOOOOO DON'T STRADDLE THEM! That knocks your alignment out and damages the suspension as you're forcing it to move in a direction not intended. Instead, crawl over them using alternate sides: This is much better as the suspension is just going up and down, like it's designed to do.
  5. Mine was hacked too a while ago, luckily I'd remembered to put enough info in previously to let the automatic system give me access, where I promptly removed the other email address that had been inserted in. No help to you now, I know, but there must be a way in via MS. IIRC you could enter the titles and names of recent emails to allow you in, worth a punt? I switched to a separate system shortly after, but I still keep my Outlook account just in case I've forgotten to transfer anything over.
  6. Sony are huge in Japan, but that's it. The games section is losing millions, they need this to be a massive success worldwide. MS are the opposite, they're nothing in Japan but dominant elsewhere.
  7. That site is a charity, it has no official recommendations. The data you're after is here. Also, no chance there's a 10" hump near you, that's 250mm!
  8. See kids, that's how you do a personal plate. Cheap, means something to the owner, but no silly spacing or stupid spelling. None of this N111SMO or B 54M XX nonsense. Nice purchase matey
  9. Me. The PS4 looks interesting, but unless the pads feel significantly better or MS screw the new Xbox pads up, I'm firmly in the Xbox camp.
  10. 12 months? Release is this holiday season, although Europe hasn't been confirmed yet. I'd expect a mid-Nov Jap launch, followed by an early Dec US launch. Possibly EU at the same time, but it'd be a tough ask.
  11. Any angle will help, as long as one wheel goes over before the other on the same axle you'll be laughing,
  12. They're not even close to that size, are they? No idea why Michelin don't do those tyres in more sizes, they've practically got the market sown up as it is! Maybe that's why.
  13. Angles man, it's all about the angles! 45degrees over them will see you right
  14. PS3 are not that good, certainly I don't think I'd be putting a set on a Zed. There's better options out there.
  15. What speed? At crawling less than the natural torque of 1st, you really shouldn't be feeling anything major at all.
  16. Match the front, or change all four for something decent. If longevity and noise are your primary concerns, then you won't do better than the MPSS if they're available in that size. Cheap will be a false economy in the long run, but the Falken FK453 might be worth a punt if you're feeling brave (NOT the older cheapy 452s).
  17. He's been dropped by Santander in favour of the Ennis, so maybe he needs to top his account up That's going to be a cracking bit of footage, I've seen that cam on a few of the cars now.
  18. This is the seller's problem, basically. If they don't put it in writing that the reg belongs to them when they sell the car to you they lose all rights to it, so from your POV all you need to do is insure it under the reg that it will have on it when you pick it up, and make sure the buyer picks up the cost of the insurance admin change as it's their lazy fault for not taking the plate off before selling the car. It's a faff, but just make sure you look after yourself.
  19. Not provoking at all, it was a compliment more than anything. But still, I maintain you wouldn't.
  20. Nope, but don't need to to understand the emotions involved. I've met you, you're a decent human being, not an utter psychopath. You probably would go mental at them and batter them with whatever you had to hand in the heat of the moment, but that's it. No way would you: Stalk them for a week to learn their movements Hatch a plan to kidnap them Find a secluded place to take them to Kidnap them Tie them up securely Keep them conscious Pick a selection of tools with which to do nasty things (use your imagination here!) Carry out the acts Keep the suffering going for as long as possible No chance, because you're not insane. That's a good thing mate, and I don't believe anyone on here would be capable of any of that either, regardless of posturing. Instant anger yes, but calculated revenge? Nope, not buying it,
  21. Yeah you would, because you're decent human beings. Sure, you might march in arms and fists flailing, but you wouldn't break out the pliers in a calculating fashion.
  22. That's my point though dude, get a standard bumper and spend the extra getting the sills done. Better a solid standard car than a pretty one that's still rusting away
  23. You get the full sentence plus more. The law does not take vigilantism lightly, and with good reason.
