    350z engine seized

It's the easiest way, really. There are other more technical ways, and the speedo could be replaced I guess, but it's highly unlikely.
  3. That's because it's all made up. No more truth to any of that than this: NEWS JUST IN: Schumacher has woken up, and asked for a packet of Jaffa Cakes in fluent Japanese. Sadly, he now thinks his name is Hoisin Tinky Ping Ping, and will only eat the aforementioned McVities snack. An inside expert has confirmed that he also now strictly wears leotards in bright green, and loves watching re-runs of Dallas. This insider has also claimed that he expects Michael to return to top level motorsport next week, when Vettel quits RB to become a house husband so his fit wife can take up pro-wrestling. Just as believable.
  4. I wouldn't know what to do with any of them Well, apart from the DBS. I'd spank that.

Why is it dyslexic people can always spell dyslexic properly? Also, why are most of them on the internet? As has been said, you'll need a Revup engine. At what point does the redline start? If 6.5k it's a normal DE, if 7k it's a Revup.
  6. Hire a dB meter from Bookatrack and do it properly. It's £9 including p&p. Why more people don't do this and know for 99% sure, I don't know. Drive-by you'll never be able to test, of course, but if you fly through the static then you're unlikely to have an issue there.
  7. I can promise you that the cheapy ELM wifi dongle on eBay for like £6 works perfectly with Dash Command, itself about £6 on the App Store. Been using it for a couple of weeks now, across both Jap (MR2) and German (Mini) cars.

    Buster Baffled

Didn't know if you had a cheap noise meter handy to test, would be great to know just how much it reduced it by

What's the dB reduction between baffled and non-baffled? Some great lateral thinking there chaps
  10. Not sure how the insurance would view that Ask them, but I can't believe they'd have an issue with it. I've removed the airbag from the MR2 with no problem.
  11. You could always just pull the plug to the airbag, or uninstall it completely.
  12. Goes with most performance cars in the UK now, sadly. Unless you live next to suitably deserted wide roads, or do plenty of euro trips, there's an argument for not bothering.
  13. Ah, but that's a completely different matter altogether
  14. Go and do some seriously hard braking sessions from 70-30, repeatedly. See if that cures it. If not, then any of the other suggestions here will sort it.
  15. Fair comment. I'm sure you'll enjoy her loads in the US
  16. If that's the reason they chose it, I'm even more disappointed.
  17. See, Shenmue and Secret Of Mana are two of my favourite games ever, but I just don't get the FF series at all.
  18. Bloody hell Sarah, missed this completely. Just glad you're okay, could've been a lot worse and I think you did everything you possibly could've done. Sadly there is no way to account for what the driver in front did, I just hope everything works out for you.
  19. Money no object and that's two people now that would pick a boxy Datsun. We clearly need quality control in this thread. A bloody GT-R over a Zonda or F1 or GTO FFS!
  20. I'd buy this. And I don't buy anything that isn't spot-on, much less a car in my least favourite colour. But I'd buy this, without blinking.
  21. Start your own bloody thread then. Cheeky sod!
  22. See, I'd want something I could use quite normally, but something that felt uber-special with an engine made by the gods. I'd want something that would challenge me as a driver, but still remain reasonably simple. Hence, CGT. Something like the P1/918/FlF would be quicker and more usable everyday, but nowhere close to challenging the driver unless you hate your licence. McF1 I get, although it's never appealed to me, and even the LFA for that engine. But not the current crop of hypercars, no matter how impressive they may be.
