  1. Whilst I wouldn't buy an M6 without the AUW, neither would I get a 997.1 without either the OPC or Hartech warranty, so swings and roundabouts. The M6 will always appeal for that engine, but the 911 will get under your skin more. Plenty of choice with 911s, you can always get one next. In a straight line the M6 will leave any 911 bar a turbo/GT2 for dead, but in the corners? It won't even see which way the Porker went. If you drove the Zed as a cruiser, get the M6. If you thrashed the pants off the Zed in the corners, don't walk past the 911. But yeah, either will be awesome
  2. I think you'd need actual measurements, but I agree the 207 looks bigger in those pics.
  3. I suspect they weren't, you just had no basis for comparison so anything would do
  4. You'd not fit them in a 207, would you? Just wheels I assume, no tyres?
  5. Who cares about an image of the car, as long as you like it? FWIW, the 207 is a safe but dull warm supermini. The equivalent Clio is a much better car all round, in every aspect. The Mini too, but that'll be a bit more to buy and run.
  6. Given that the M6 is the one car I've driven that made me think that selling the 911 isn't that bad, I'm not sure I'm going to be much help If I wanted a car to thrash around the lanes with, I'd get the 911. If I wanted one primarily for long term cruising, the M6 would win. If I wanted a car with heritage that gave me goosebumps just looking at it, I'd get the 911. If I wanted one with an engine that made my spine tingle, I'd get the M6. If I ever wanted to be let out of junctions again, I'd get the 911. If I ever wanted to not be called a w*nker, I'd get the M6. Both amazing cars. I'd be tempted to get the M6 though in your shoes, purely before all the SMG 'boxes become too expensive to repair.
  7. I snogged my form tutor. Okay, so it was two years after I left school, but definitely a high point in my life. Given that these days 18 year olds are still in school, I guess that would never happen these days.

    car cover

Outside car covers are only any use if you're going to thoroughly wash your car every time you put the cover on, else you'll catch the dirt and scratch your car to bits.
  9. What a beautiful face
  10. I dunno, is £700 a lot for what you get these days? Phone, interwebs, camera, storage, games, video, streaming, even payment now. I guess it really does depend on how you use it, but I see mine as a crucial part of my life that gets used as much (if not more than) as my PC. Also, cat videos whilst sitting on the toilet. Worth £700 alone, that.
  11. Well, I'll say it then: You're not wanted. We're not friends, I don't find you endearing, nor witty, nor clever. I don't feel that when I have a debate with you on here that you pay any attention to anything I (nor anyone else for that matter) says, and instead you twist things and ignore facts and statements as you see fit. I can have proper full-on debates with other people on here that are as passionate as anything you will see, and yet I have a huge respect for them still because of the way they choose to present themselves. Since you've been back, you've caused nothing but arguments and problems. You bring with you a cloud of negativity and poison that blights this place, and even when I'm at my most darkest and cutting I don't think I have a thing on you when it comes to alienating a community. For that, bravo sir. I'll save you the trouble of trying to think of ways to insult me: I'm forthright, opinionated, pedantic and sarcastic. I speak my mind, and I offend some people. And yet, I still always try to explain my POV or add a winky face here or there to express myself, and when I've done wrong I'll PM someone to apologise. I'm a keyboard warrior with a conscience, if you will. Tbh, you frustrate me as much as anything. From now on, I'm done. I refuse to be baited by you, to be drawn down to your level, to even contemplate conversing with you any more. I can only hope you see fit to have one last burst of dignity in you and refrain from posting on here again, in the hope that the rest of us can continue to enjoy this place. At the very least, perhaps you could try and contain your troll posts, even a fraction. Either way, I'm through. Never again will I reply to you, directly or indirectly.

  16. I got stopped by the police the other day, random check. They did theirs, then VOSA checked the van & fuel, then HMRC gave me the full shakedown. Fully expecting a proper check in the next year now
  17. Cash, is it? *calls HMRC*
  18. Or is that where there where the strippers were from?
