  1. In that case you might just try something like Meguiars Ultimate Compound, that's as good as anything by hand and cheap too. For wax, there's a billion choices, but I'm a fan of the DJ Supernatural for ease of use and great finishes on all paint types.

    MPSS

Check the date of manufacture, that'll give you a good guide. I'd be binning tyres at around the 5 year mark, but some can go for up to 7 years. Cracking is the biggest issue. That said, on a new tyre like the MPSS you should be fine. It won't deteriorate any quicker, but it will be that much older than a brand new one (obviously!) so you'd need to consider that as you should replace worn tyres as a pair.
  3. Polish isn't coloured, or at least nothing decent is! Are you going to polish by hand, or with machine?
  4. I'm right handed, but wear my watch on the same arm. Never bothered me
  5. Yeah, my stream kept going a bit wonky too. I didn't think he was wearing it all the way through though, but if he was I totally missed it! So many custom straps and the different types, it just looks amazing. Gonna be about £500 for the one I want, though.
  6. Lol, me too! I was giggling like a child as he started to say "Just one more thing to show you..."
  7. There's no competition law like that! If there was, do you not think that Steam might have issues?
  8. I cannot be the only person essentially creaming myself with excitement at the Watch launch tonight. Looks utterly mesmerising, and I think that Apple are back on their game with real software revolutions, rather than incremental hardware updates. I'll take a large Sports one please, with the mesh band. I'm undecided on which iPhone 6 I'll be getting next week, as although I'm against huge phablets I would like the huge battery increase and image stabilisation. Great news on a 128GB version too, that's been a while coming.
  9. That's your own fault Have to say, a sportbrake could look stunning.
  10. Sorry, didn't mean to be aggressive! Apologies bud, genuinely didn't mean it like that. I dunno, I've do doubt at all you've FAR more knowledge than me on this, I just can't see how a manual V8 would work in the future for Jag.
  11. My crystal ball wasn't working, apologies. You know what though? I'm going to stick my neck out and say we won't see a manual V8 XE. I've no doubt there's mules out there with that setup, but I just don't think the market nor Jag want to do one.
  12. That's okay, I have a massive willy but never get any sex to use it
  13. Where did you get that from? So far they've only mentioned the ZF autobox and the 3L s/c V6 as the top choice. I'd be astounded if we ever saw a V8 in it, and even more surprised if they did a manual. That's not Jag any more, hasn't been for some years now either.
  14. Odious Tea was god-awful, I would hope that Destiny is significantly better than that! I'll give this a go in a few months, probably Christmas time.
  15. I wouldn't be tracking an RX8. Having driven one the other week at Bedford, whilst the chassis is lovely and even the electric steering is good, there is simply no way of getting out of the lack of torque low down. Even if you keep the revs nice and high (and I really did), it struggles to get away cleanly. Put it this way, it'll make the BRZ86 seem like a turbocharged rocket
  16. 3-series looks much better, IMHO. Shame.
  17. It'll probably be the quietest part of the car...! Nah, shouldn't make any difference at all given the stripped nature of the car. I'm leaving the sound deadening in for now, but purely as a protective measure against me hitting my head on exposed metal in an accident.
  18. Honestly? Sounds like you're entering the wrong credentials. Try logging out on a PC, then logging in via iOS. Then try logging in on the PC, but try entering the details rather than relying on auto fill, if you use it.
  19. What version of iOS? No issues here at all.
  20. :D And so it begins. One down, a couple of thousand to go...!
  21. Fair enough. I personally don't think it would be massively worth it as the experiences would be similar, and I suspect you'd find yourself annoyed by the relative lack of power, but it would definitely be cheaper to track. Nice problem to have!
  22. And how will that be more fun on track than the 370? Seriously, look at the cost to change and what two TDs will cost you in terms of tyres and brakes, and I reckon you could easy spend £3K on a track-spec MX5. Hell, my MR2 only cost me £4K with the turbo conversion and I can promise you that will show any BRZ86 or 370 in sensible (i.e. not stripped) road trim a clean set of heels. Depends on what you want though, I can see the pluses to having a road car that you track, as opposed to a track car that can go on the road.
