  1. Those pics are knocked up by some art student who is bored and wants to get their work out there. No chance those Nissan techs were told anything like that by anyone who knows anything, they're just reading crap off the internet as well. Think about it: This is one of the most highly specialised and wanted performance cars in the world, that will no doubt set new boundaries in performance. Why on earth would Nissan be leaking top-secret details of training that's at least two years away to a couple of random lowly technicians?!
  2. Another Colchester resident, must be breeding like flies round these parts! UK cars all had the Brembo brakes and folding mirrors IIRC, and the Rays were an option anyway (or are very easy to add afterwards for cheaps). Certainly nothing like that would put me off the car if you're happy with cloth and non-Bose, and the non-Bose is actually a positive as the Bose is bloody awful! Check the warranty details, I'd be working on the assumption that nothing expensive will be covered fully due to various clauses or low labour rates though. Got a link to the car at all?
  3. I'd be changing my tyres on a performance car around 3mm, unless on 888s when they only come with just over that from the factory. If you're around that, might be worth thinking about jumping now, you can always put the old tyres on eBay and someone else will snatch them up.
  4. Respectfully sir, I disagree.
  5. Would you like to try that link again? http://driftingtuning.com/hybrid-gtr-what-does-2018-hold-for-the-ring-slayer/ More useless speculation, I'm afraid. Given that Nissan have pulled their LMP1 car from competition this year to concentrate on development (thank god, should never have been racing in the first place!), any links between that and the R36 will have to wait.
  6. 100%, that's a no-brainer on a HR. And always go SMF as well, there's been no failures of the kind you mention that I'm aware of, and the performance benefits alone are worth it.
  7. http://www.superfast-openreach.co.uk/where-and-when/ The only place to check on current or future fibre connections, in case anyone isn't aware of it.
  8. Chrome Orange is gorgeous in the flesh, great choice
  9. Also, anyone click here and expected to see a supercharged Zed?

Don't put used in, always go for new on these.
  11. Wondered if that was the case. Cancel the current order, then either start again or just go elsewhere. Like Plusnet, for example, who are excellent.
  12. Only four figures? Pfft, might as well buy the fake. #TeamM&S
  13. I assume you have a BT line?
  14. You can go off people, y'know.
  15. That's a sodding perfume! Lotus Chrome Orange, or Porsche Riviera Blue. Google them, then tell me I'm wrong. P.S. I'm not.
  16. What do you have on the front? V12s aren't actually that bad, however assuming that conditions were good then yes, it's your right foot.
  17. Not many, aside from the obvious. They're too mass produced. I reckon the BRZ86 has a decent chance in about 30 years, assuming they don't do a successor. Think about it: A relatively light 2+2 RWD coupe, with a revvy engine and excellent fuel consumption. In the future of turbochargers and higher fuel costs and everything either FWD for cost or 4WD 'cos no one can drive for toffee, I reckon they'll be quite desirable.
  18. If no-one buys it, BT will have to sell the rights back to Sky and ITV and then we don't have to put up with sh*t coverage
  19. Should be fine, you've not altered the aspect of the ratio F to R by changing to 245/45 and 265/45 as opposed to 225/45 and 245/45 as stock. I don't think the OEM 245/45 look particularly bulbous, but each to their own on that one.
  20. Why not? Genuine question.
  21. How's this?
  22. Hell, I'll loan you the £200 myself if you don't have a credit card!
  23. It's only £200, chuck it on a card and deal with it next month. Better that than spend the next year running round on crap tyres.
  24. Don't be tight, it's the only thing keeping your car in contact with the road.
