  1. True, but again I don’t care what joe bloggs is buying, I care about what I want.
  2. I buy the car I like, who cares what others think? I’ve never understood why people spend thousands of pounds based on the opinion of others, mind boggling. Its like you finding the dream house in California and everyone else saying how amazing it is, so you go and move to a council house in Clacton.
  3. Rosso Corsa is the chav’s choice of Ferrari colour! Especially with crema, just no.
  4. A TdF 355 spider with biscuit interior is just about perfection.
  5. TdF blue for me. Or go with the classic Giallo Fly. I'd never want a red Ferrari. Unless it was Rosso Mugello or Fiorano. Then I might make an exception.
  6. C63 at least sounds decent. It's a nicer place to be inside as well, although the Komand isn't quite as good as the iDrive.
  7. PCP is your friend So anyway, Ferrari. Why isn't it red?!?!
  8. In London, about £10000000. In your neck of the woods, I reckon £100-£200 is probably about right. Personally I wouldn't be spending money on either, as a bit of surface corrosion is standard. I'd be changing the tyres first or at the very least getting a geo done so you don't end up in the canvas!
  9. The Toyobaru is selling pretty well, certainly Toyota are more than happy with sales, hence why I referred to it specifically. I'd say things are starting to turn back towards the purist tbh when it comes to fun cars: Porsche u-turn quicker than a Tory prime minister when it came to the manual on the GT3, Renault selling nowhere near as many Clio RS because the dual-clutcher is dreadful, Ford forging the way with a manual V8 Mustang in the UK and selling bags of them, Mazda showing some real innovation with their SkyActiv engines in the MX5... I know it's a drop in the ocean, but then all specialist fun cars are these days. I genuinely think we're coming to a crossroads soon where the option will be hybrid or electric only generic SUV/saloon with an autobox, and the real interesting stuff will be coming with proper engines and a stick. That's always made sense to me, especially as most households these days have at least two cars. Don't they? I've never really seen the point of flogging a dead horse for the sake of keeping a brand name alive, and certainly I've no issue with the Z brand dying off. If Nissan want to make a 2 seater coupe with an I4T lump, then they can go ahead but please drop the Z and create something new so people don't need to make the connection.
  10. Not a pretty car, is it? Now if only the ACO would configure their regs so that these things could race in the LM24 as the top tier, that would be pretty f***ing special indeed.
  11. Totally called it. It might come back in a few years as a sporty hybrid thing, but it's not a popular segment right now. The Toyobaru had the costs split between two manufacturers, but can Renault afford to make a new Z all by itself when the sell through numbers are likely to be low? I doubt it. The GT-R is the Nissan sports car future as they can get away with six figure sums for them now. Besides, if a new Zed meant it would have to come with an inline boosted four then I think we're better off as we are.
  12. I don't feel anonymous in my BMW
  13. Ironically in a smaller car you're a smaller target...
  14. Easy, bumper off and cut a piece for the inside, then screw/glue it to the bumper
  15. I'd replace an air filter annually anyway, it's peanuts and the job it does is critical. Plus, with the oiled filters it's very easy to overoil and ruin your £££ MAFs, so another reason to replace rather than clear.
  16. Better, I must admit, but still looks a bit odd. And get some mesh on that front grill before you destroy that rad
  17. I'm not a huge fan of the v3 front, but that does look much better to my eyes. Got any other angles of the smoothed stock bumper RBOAP?
  18. I agree with MDMetal, remove the lot and start again.
  19. Ooh no, don't like that at all, sorry! It's still got a really odd angle in it, why did you not smooth it out fully?
  20. Gotta be a typo, look like 295 and 265 to me. Quite like the quad pipes on a black Zed too, nice one.
  21. The rear of the new Disco makes my eyes go funny. Whoever thought that was an aesthetically good idea needs shooting. It's much, much worse than any of the BMW X range. X6 included.
  22. I hate to call you a liar, but... Also, *corrected My vote goes to Mr Wrong
