  1. Certainly careless driving (driving that falls below the standard expected of a competent driver) and arguably dangerous driving (the way he/she drives falls far below what would be expected of a competent and careful driver, and it would be obvious to a competent and careful driver that driving in that way would be dangerous). And tbh, I'm not sure there's an argument against the latter charge.
  2. Meh, I'll cross post my own post Bunch of utter f*ckwits. But then, so are the people standing there filming it and cheering. Idiots encourage other idiots, and to act like a prat when you know full well you're being filmed... I'll never understand the mindset. If you want to have a play then fine, go do it when it's deserted and you're not endangering other vehicles. I've explored the limits of grip before, but there's a time and a place. What really bugs me most though is why these things aren't self-policed. Why, when people see others or their mates acting like d*cks and risking the whole thing for everyone, do they not go and have a quiet word before it gets out of hand? Or even stop inviting their chavvy muppet friends along in the first place?

  4. I hate the FF games. Biggest load of tosh ever.
  5. http://www.decisionproblem.com/paperclips/ Off you go. It's had me hooked the last couple of days, waaaaay deeper than you might initially think. There's a definitive end to this too.
  6. Titanfall 2 SP was really really good, but I didn't enjoy the MP as much as I did TF1. I love all the Day Of Sex games I'm really hoping they do a new one next year.
  7. Maybe they will, but I would still push them to give you an official letter detailing the technical reason behind the warranty refusal. Put the ball in their court, if it's reasonable then fair enough but if not and you you can get a second opinion (preferably from whatever third party bodyshop they use!) then you're laughing.
  8. Buy a Switch, not a Wii-U as they're dead as a dead thing now. I'm a huge AC fan too, but I'm waiting for reviews first as this is a massive departure from how AC used to be. Could be better, could be worse, but I'm not getting stung on it. Shadow Of War is keeping me entertained enough for now anyway.
  9. You need to be pushing harder. Ask them for the reason of rejection in writing, as you'll use that as part of your documentation in court.
  10. Don't think they will, it's just another half-arsed game from Polyphony in the vein of the Prologues. As someone who played GT4 to death back in the day I can appreciate what a good game they can make, but how people keep praising them when they take 10x as long to make a game half as complete as competitors is beyond me.
  11. You changed that crank position sensor yet??
  12. Found it. FYI the Food Company shop is no longer there, closed down the other month sadly If we’re moving the date to this Sunday the 22nd I’m out though, already got plans.
  13. I know, it's utterly ridiculous. Buy a car with 90k on the clock and it's a bargain, buy one with 100k on the clock and it's a timebomb
  14. Marks Tey is fine, where's the bungalow diner then?
  15. MPSS are old now, you want the MPS4
  16. Oi, it's not that bi... Nah, who am I kidding, it is so the more the merrier!
  17. Asking for trouble doing it when BST ends, and no one remembers to change their clocks But yeah, works for me
  18. No probs, let me know how you get on and what you end up with
  19. If you reduce sidewall, you reduce arch gap We are talking fractions here: I'm not convinced that a 285/40 would look noticeably different from a 275/35 if I'm honest, not from the side. 10/12/15mm is nothing, bearing in mind that's over the diameter so just 5/6/7.5mm top or bottom. On a car that's 4m long and 1.3m high it's going to be almost impossible to tell. I'd be more concerned about buying decent tyres than worrying about the width of a pen in arch gap. The guys that run 19s have got it right in terms of looks, but I prefer to stick with 18s as well because I don't want the extra weight.
  20. You can run either on a 370Z due to the engine having a decent knock sensor, but unless you've bought the car for four pound and ha'penny then there's no point being a tight arse and losing power and mpg by going 95. Stay Super
  21. Interestingly you've gained 12mm sidewall at the front using that combo, whilst losing a gnat's **** at the rear. I agree that going to a 275/35 on the rear would look a little odd, however if you dropped to a 245/35 at the front then went 275/35 at the rear you'd find them looking much better with just a 10mm difference between them. 245 is within spec for a 9.5 wheel (just!), so maybe another option?
  22. Short answer is no. Some may appear to sit wider due to the increased rim protection (Michelin especially have HUGE ones), but that won't give you a bigger sidewall as that will still be calculated from the 275mm width. What size are you running on the front?
