Thats a great price Jay, i'd be tempted to give them a go at least at that price.
  2. I've read that you can man handle them out from underneath the car, if you can unscrew them from the top first. Never managed this myself though, but i would try again this way as it's a pain in the arse to get the rear bumper off.
  3. Agreed. If you've got an air freshener on your rear view mirror that is moving around slightly this could be the cause.... or you might have a bug trapped inside like a fly or a moth etc.
  4. Well perhaps imports have low mileage because if somebody is going to the trouble of importing a car, then they are a more discerning buyer with a very specific set of requirements? i.e. Why bother importing a car with higher mileage...?
  5. I've got to say, this thread feels like it is in pretty bad taste to me, tainting all low-mileage JDM cars as being clocked.
  6. When the feck has a pink car ever held it's value?
  7. Not having a dig but i've always wondered why anyone would want to swap their steering wheel and remove their airbag? It could save your life...
  8. Is it just me or does it look like Ebized is driving?
  9. A colleague of mine at work who has a heavily modded impreza Sti Spec C had his car Plati-dipped in Matt Black over Christmas. In terms of the quality of the job - it looks alright. However there's no getting away from the fact that it looks a but crap. It cheapens the car somehow, and a few non-car people have mentioned how @*!# it looks and asked why the hell he would do that. Before i saw his car, i would have considered it on one of my cars. After i've seen it, im pretty sure i now wouldnt.
  10. Cheers. Offsets are +18 and +22 i think. They sit perfectly flush.
  11. Its a trap Keyser... it will be his e-type body shell
  12. Where you workin now Si? Will have to meet up one lunch (when those roadworks **** off!). Haha, yeah bloody nightmare. Right in the middle of town, pretty much opposite the Lord Eldon, drop me a message next time you're about mate. Cool bud will do. Im busy for the next couple of weeks at least but will definitely give you a shout.

  14. That would be me... North or southbound? I had been out visiting a client - Worcester Warriors Rugby Club off the M5... I saw another azure zed on the way home near Crewe/Alsager... but i didnt spot it until it was past me.
  15. Admiral every year for me. Fantastic price. £250 cheaper this year than last year too. Import, all mods declared, business use. I tried a couple of the forums insurers and they couldnt get close to it due to the business use, strangely!
  16. Excellent, a very local garage for me to get to who can do an uprev Im based in Macclesfield.
  17. That looks like fantastic quality... comparable to my RSW kit which is saying something.
  18. Spotted this morning at 11am, right at the back of the car park miles away from any other car.... exactly where i usually park
  19. Sweet, i just bought one for my Azure (B17). I've been meaning to get one for ages but keep putting it off. I also looked direct on the P4U website and this is cheaper than on there, and with free delivery too!
  20. What colour was that?
  21. Whilst i think it's the Civic drivers responsibility to find a suitable gap, how much effort is it for the truck driver to be courteous and adjust his speed to let him in? Prick.
  22. Hi, You are correct, i think the lights holes are covered with a moulded in blanking plate. You'd need to drill the holes and fit your own bulb holders in there, remembering that you need to make a water tight seal whilst still being able to remove the bulb to change it. Might be difficult to get right as you obviously wont be able to use the normal clip in style bulb holders - you'd need to fabricate your own way of keeping them in place.
