  1. Just hit it from the back (inside) with a hammer? I had to do this on my BMW rears.
  2. Favourite action movie, yes. Favourite's are a personal choice, I have fond memories of this film, watching it with my older sister staying at her flat eating a Chinese on a Friday, when i was about 11 or 12.
  3. Looking forward to this year. I've got tickets for Silverstone, and likely going to the Montreal GP too.
  4. Sod it. Just bought a Fitbit Charge 2. I downloaded various apps from the different activity watches and had a play with each one, but the Fitbit app seems by far the most comprehensive so ive decided to go with one.
  5. Thanks Fodder. Most likely this is the most accurate advice, but not what i'm after i dont think. Has anyone had both a Fitbit and a generic activity tracker? Is a fitbit really worth 10x the price of a generic one??
  6. Oh no... and after an otherwise successful day. What an arse. Anyway, perfect opportunity to upgrade.
  7. Hi guys, I've been after a fitness tracker watch for some time, with Fitbit style features, but there are so many i'm not sure where to start. My friend has a Fitbit Charge 2 which can measure heart rate, different exercises, steps, sleep patterns etc and has a fully comprehensive app. Its got all the functionality i want, but they're quite expensive (£100-£130). I'm sceptical about how much i'll actually use one so want to buy one of the cheaper alternatives - (£15 - £50), but I don't want to compromise on features. It also has to be small enough to wear 24/7 - I don't want something too obtrusive - however if it's going to replace my watch it needs to look good too. Impossible? Lastly, it needs to be IOS compatible. Any recommendations/experience please? Edit: The only exercise i do is: Indoor 5-a-side football Dog walking Occasional boxing/pad work I've like to be able to record the distance travelled and calories burned on each. I wont have my phone on my while playing football, but it will be in the same sports hall... will this work?
  8. Just state in the add that you wont respond to low ball offers and then ignore them.
  9. That's what makes it ugly?!! That's what makes it ugly?!!
  10. I had those massive knee pads on my blue JDM Nismo kitted zed. I took them out and binned them on the day i bought the car. It was a ball ache of a job - had to take the door card off and then fill the holes with some rubber grommets.
  11. Called them, for fitting alone it is £1500. Seems quite reasonable.
  12. But is anyone going to remember that Nico didnt deserve it in years to come? No they're not, and history will always show this guy as a champion (unfortunately!). I honestly couldn't tell you of any other seasons where the champion didnt deserve it... i'm sure it's happened, but we quickly forget. Button perhaps?
  13. i'm not carrying anything mate. I was just citing another example of your demeanor when the Mustang gets criticised. ...That said, having just re-read your 'pop' - i think i can see your point now that you've said it was positive.
  14. G Man, whenever anybody says anything bad about the Mustang you get all defensive. Relax dude. For what it's worth i love the Mustang and will be owning one at some point, despite the 'average' experience i had in the one i rented on holiday - which you had a pop at me for when i dared to say it was anything less than perfect. AMT - I 100% understand what you're saying. I've always been of this mindset myself, hence the 16 year old 911 i had, as well as the 10 year old Range Rover Sport that im driving now - I've always bought the best car i can for the money, which is usually at the bottom of it's depreciation curve. Now i'm getting older and more sensible (33, lol) im starting to want something newer, more reliable. I cant be bothered getting the spanners out at the weekend to fix my cars anymore - i just want comfort and reliability - as well as the performance and prestige that having good cars has always brought me. This now puts me in a difficult position that i've got expensive tastes that i can't quite justify satisfying (i.e. i now want a new 911 and RRS, but i cant afford them )
  15. Checked for you. £40k loan 3 years £15k deposit £356/month Final payment of £15k Total APR 4.4% So actually with a big enough deposit you can get a monthly payment the same as 320d Car however cannot be more than 7 years old at the end of the term. Cheers! Been after this info for a while.
  16. Just finished watching it. Very happy with it... It's nice, no brain entertainment. I only noticed one swear word, when Hammond said 'Sh!t'. I was disappointed with the drivers they chose, both the american and D'ambrosio, although i did laugh at the american's jokes (communist!). Not sure of the relevance of D'ambrosio... i would have preferred a Mark Webber or similar. Happy to have the gang back on the box.
  17. If someone can tell me how to finance a purchase like this, i'd be very interested to know... On www.allcarleasing.co.uk you can get into a bmw 320d for around £325 per month. Is it possible to get Lease/PCP style finance on used cars such as the Aston example? I'm aware that Halifax offer PCP style finance, but you've got to be a customer to get a quote (I dont even want that - I just want to see some representative examples). http://www.halifax.co.uk/car-finance/compare/
  18. Sounds like an issue on your machine. I dont have this. As you say, run MBAM and it should clear it up.
  19. Think the worst i got according to the pod was 6mpg, driving at approx 145mph on the autobahn on the way to the 'ring. When i noticed this i slowed right down...!
  20. Playing Motorsport Manager on the iphone this week. Very addictive! I used to play Grand Prix Manager on the PC in the late 90's i think and it's very similar to that. Worth a look to fill a train journey at £1.99
